GRACE AND GLORY

For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

O LORD of hosts,  blessed is the  man that trusteth in thee. (Psa 84: 11-12)

Meditate on the scripture above. If you  make God your focus, you will not only be comprehensively protected, you will shine.  Remember, the moon does not have any light of its own.  All it does is align itself with the sun in order to reflect the light of the sun.  So shall your life be if you align with God, the glory of God will shine through you.

Ordinarily, ”walking uprightly”, should not have posed difficulty, if not that man acquired a crooked nature from Adam. It is only  through Jesus Christ and by His grace that one can walk uprightly in the world today.  What a wonderful priviledge we have in Christ Jesus, to live in a state of  ”no good thing withheld”.

The system of this world is designed to draw you farther away from God.  But it is your responsibility to place a hundred percent value in your relationship with God. The LORD will give grace and glory.

PRAYER

Heavenly Father, I thank you for the numerous provisions you have made for my well being, here and hereafter.  Thank you for Jesus your dear Son by whom I have redemption, the forgiveness of my sins.  Father, deliver me from the delusions, deceptions, and distractions that are in the world, and grant me grace to value my relationship with you above all things in Jesus Name.

DECLARATIONS

May the LORD give you grace and glory and may none of the blessings that follow those that put their trust in God elude you in Jesus Name. Amen
