ASK

”The Lord God says: I am ready to hear Israel’s prayers for these blessings, and to grant them their requests. Let them but ask and I will multiply them like the flocks that fill Jerusalem’s streets at time of sacrifice. The ruined cities will be crowded once more, and everyone will know I am the Lord” (Ezek. 36:37 – 38 TLB)

”Yes ask anything, using my name, and I will do it!” (John 14:14 TLB)

”You men who are fathers – if your boy asks for bread, do you give him a stone? If he asks for fish, do you give him a snake? If he asks for an egg, do you give him scorpion? (of course not!)

And if even sinful persons like yourselves give children what they need, don’t you realize that your heavenly Father will do at least as much, and give the Holy Spirit to those who ask for him?” (Luke 11:11-13 TLB)

It is a wonderful privilege to have the Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscience God – the inexhaustible source of every good thing – the one that spoke the world into existence as our father. He is absolutely good. His mercies endure forever, His faithfulness to all generations. He desires to bestow on His children that which is ultimately beneficial to them, even the Holy Spirit, if they will only ask. I strongly believe that one of the greatest regrets in heaven will be a sudden realization of unutilized potentials while here on earth. If God can give you His Son and the Holy Spirit, what is it that He cannot give you? In asking, your motive is very important. Apostle James Said:

Ye ask, and receive not,because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts”. (James 4:3 KJV)

A few tips on how to ask and get result are listed below:

Never ask God for anything other than forgiveness with unconfessed sin in your heart.

Be full of worship and thanksgiving.

Be specific.

Ask in the Name of Jesus.

Ask with confidence assurance for the answer.

Believe you have received.

Thank God in advance for the answer.

Expect your miracle.

P R A Y E R

Dear Heavenly Father, I ask you to empower me to ascend my God – ordained throne where everything answers to me at all times, in Jesus Name.

Remove far from me, every stress and strain and let your refreshing come, in Jesus Name I ask.

Father, in the Name of Jesus Christ, your dear Son, I ask you to baptize me with the fullness of the Holy Spirit, and let your incredible power undo whatever the enemy has done in my life.

O God quicken to life every power within me that I may lay hold on eternal things. Open my eyes that I may see. Give me acute spiritual perception; enable me to taste you and know that you are good. Make heaven more real to me than any earthly thing has ever been. I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ your dear Son. Amen.
