WORD FOR TODAY

LIFTED

”I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.  And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shalt see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.  Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done …. they are more than can be numbered.” (Psalm 40: 1-5 KJV)

No body walks into the presence of God anyhow. There is heavenly protocol. You have to be brought into His presence. Jesus is the way. (John 14:6). Your waiting is an expression of your dependence on God. Patience is an essential attribute of faith. You must wait for the flesh to die. The realm of the spirit begins when Jesus becomes more real to you than your sin, self, sickness, worry, anxiety, problem etc. Wait means to keep quiet. Get to the place where your spirit is relaxed (settled). Those who are full of self are only those God cannot touch. Pride is an idolatry of self. That is why God resists it. Anything that is done in the flesh cannot please God. We need to learn to practise the presence of God. He that is joined with the LORD is one spirit. The moment the LORD quickens you, your spirit and the Holy Spirit will unite. Life in the spirit is the only life that God accepts.

”He brought me up.” put it in another way: ”HE LIFTED me.” The devil pulls people down, Jesus uplifts (see Zech 9:11) There are two classes of people in the world – those who pull down, and those that uplift. Jesus uplifted the man with palsy (Mark 2), the man at the pool of Bethesda (John 5) and Lazarus (John 11) to mention just a few. Apostle Peter and John lifted the man at the beautiful gate (Acts 3). Are you an uplifter or a pull him down(PHD)?

The realm of the spirit is full of songs. May the Lord put a new song in your mouth in Jesus’ Name. Worship is the highest form of warfare. When God gives you a song, it means He has stepped in. He has taken over the battle

Blessed is the man that puts his trust in the LORD.

Dearly beloved, the GREATEST AIR-LIFT is about to take place. (please Read I Thessalonians 4:16-17) It is one airlift you cannot afford to miss.

– It will be sudden.

How prepared are you? WILL YOU BE LIFTED?
