CELEBRATING THE PRECIOUS HOLY SPIRIT IV (WHY SPEAK IN TONGUES?)

It helps us to learn to trust God more completely. 1 Cor. 14:6, “Now brethren, if I come unto you speaking in tongues, what shall I profit you, except I shall speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophesying, or by doctrine? The very moment you make up your mind to commune with God in tongues, it means you are inviting the Greatest, the Omnipotent and that you trust in his capability. You trust in his omnipotence, you trust in his omniscience, you know that he can intervene and change things and he doesn’t fail because God honours us when we learn to trust in him completely and not partially.

When you trust him completely without a plan B, that is when you see God in action. When you pray in tongues, you learn to tap into the omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient capabilities and you learn to trust him the more. It is a faith builder. There is no mountain you cannot move if you have learnt to trust in God. Don’t ever take a decision until you have prayed sufficiently in tongues and you have peace. That peace is one of the evidences that he is in charge and that he has stepped in. This is because peace is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit. The peace is such that you cannot even express.

Your mind is so clear at that point; your intelligence is the intelligence of divinity, it is not artificial intelligence. It is the mind of God that the Holy Spirit reveals to you and communicates in a language that the devil cannot interpret, …………………………………….. through a hotline.
