BLESSED BEYOND CURSE (PART 21E) – PRINCIPLES OF FINANCIAL PROSPERITY

The first two men were very good investors. The first man multiplied his talents from five to ten while the second man multiplied his from two to four. I want to use everything in me to serve God while I can still do it. I want to stand before my God whom I love and who loves me so very much, at the end of the day and hear him say, ‘well done’. Let this also be your desire. Don’t wait until old age to start serving the Lord, time waits for no one. The Bible says, “… the night cometh, when no man can work.” What have you done for God? Are you satisfied with your present level? What are you doing with what God has deposited in you? If you are carrying the right fire and the right seal, there is no way you can be complacent. Never allow your case to be like that of the one-talent man who went to bury his talent because God will request from you what you did with the talent he gave you.

So many people pray to God to bless them with another level of blessings but God is asking, ‘what are you doing with the one I gave you? What are you doing in my kingdom’? Do you know that every passing moment takes us closer and closer to eternity? Instructions are meant to be obeyed. One instruction that you disobey could be a defining factor in your life. Examine the attitude of the one-talent man. If you are wise and you discover that you are beginning to develop some negative attitudes, please deal with them before they deal with you. A negative attitude is nothing but the product of an evil seal, what it means is that you have acquired a contrary seal or that a contrary seal is trying to affix itself to you. The attitude of ‘don’t tell me’ is the worst attitude ever, it reflects an unteachable spirit. It is rebellion.

The Bible pronounces a curse on the rebellious in Psa. 68:6B, “… but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.” Dry places are meant for demons! The moment you discover that you are no longer amenable to instructions, check it. Every wise person places him or herself under authority. The spirit of ‘let us alone’ is the attitude of self destruction. God rewards his faithful servants with joy. There is an indescribable joy from heaven that comes to you whenever you carry out a divine assignment successfully, nothing can compare with it. When heaven is happy with you, you will definitely know. The one-talent man was very rude to his master; he talked to his boss anyhow. If such a thing happened in the military, the man would have been automatically court- marshaled.

PRAY:- Dear Heavenly father I thank You for blessing me with all spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus Your Son. Grant me the grace to invest all the talents You have blessed me with on things that have eternal value. I ask You to make the remaining part of my life the most fruitful in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
