Things you need to know about Dedication Cont’d

3. The altar to which you are dedicated determines the type of seal you receive.
2 Tim. 2:19, “Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.”

4. The seal you receive determines the spirit that will guide you through life.
Christians who fail to understand this end up messing up their testimony. 2 Cor. 1:22, “He has put his brand upon us – his mark of ownership – and given us his Holy Spirit in our hearts as guarantee that we belong to him, and as the first instalment of all that he is going to give us” (TLB). If you don’t carry the seal of the Holy Ghost, you will carry an evil seal. Lucifer has a seal, there is the seal of Jabez, there is the seal Jezebel, there is the seal of dagon, there is the seal of witchcraft and so on. Every contrary spirit has an evil seal. Everyone you see out there is carrying a seal but it is not written on their faces. That was the reason why Samson could not discern who Delilah was. As far as he was concerned she was a pretty innocent girl who could not harm a fly. He never knew that Delilah was terribly connected to the Lords of the Philistines. Going to Harvard does not transform a man, Harvard can make you speak better English, give you technical skills but it cannot remove an evil seal. That is why you can see a Harvard trained professor in spite of his erudition end up in the house of a toothless witch doctor. To get to the house of the witch doctor, he will have to park his car and trek for kilometers to get into the bush where the witch doctor resides!

5. The spirit that guides you will determine the nature of your exploits here on earth.
If you go through the book of Chronicles, you will see enumerated there the nature of the rule of the kings of Israel. Those branded as evil are much more than the good kings. Why? They collected an evil seal and must of necessity do exploits for their master. The spirit that guides you through the market place is the spirit that will lead you home. Christians who don’t have this revelation end up bowing down to lesser spirits; some even pay money in order to collect an evil seal that will forever ruin their destiny.
