Covenant of infinite grace
OPERATION 18:18

2020/2021 OPERATION 18-18 DAY 20B (COVENANT OF INFINITE GRACE)

Rom. 11:6-7, “And if by grace, then it is no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.” It is by grace and not by works. Eph. 2:8-10 makes this very clear, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

We are the workmanship of God. A beautiful perfect work of art – that is what we are in the hands of God. It is from the throne of God that grace flows. Who sustains the grace? God! Who are the recipients? We – (believers), of course. What are we to do with it? We are to treasure it and celebrate God. We are to enjoy it, walk in it, appropriate it, believe in it, fall in love with God and become true worshippers – those who are aligned completely not partially with God’s will. What happens thereafter? Our lives are better for it here and hereafter. May the Lord help us in Jesus name. Amen.

Psa. 103:1-5, “Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” Here, we see the demonstration of the grace of God; the blessings that flow from his throne of grace that we enjoy daily. Our response to such benevolence is to bless the Lord. May our soul flow in continuous praise of the almightiness of God; of his love and his kindness in the name of Jesus. May the Lord make us instruments of worship in the name of Jesus.

John 1:16, “From the fullness of his grace we have all received one blessing after another” (NIV). Think about this. What are the blessings you have received from the fullness of his grace? From the fullness of his grace, we have all received one blessing after another. We are going to celebrate abundance of good tidings with great joy this year in the mighty name of Jesus. Whatever God has ever given you, he has it in supernatural abundance. There is no limit to which God can use anyone who decides to follow him. Grace is an unmerited favour.

Pray –

  • Appreciate God; thank him for grace to be called out of darkness into the marvellous light of his dear Son. Thank him for grace for good health, good life, grace for wealth, wisdom, grace to be at the right place at the right time, grace to live right, grace to see things in line with the revealed will of God, grace to walk hand in hand with him so that his purpose may be fulfilled in every facet of our lives.
  • Thank him for grace for accelerated progress, grace to take delivery of the blessings he has in store for us this year and beyond. Grace for divine protection, grace to supply all our needs according to his riches in Christ Jesus.
  • Appreciate him for grace to be in perfect health, grace to be all that he wants us to be and accomplish all he wants us to accomplish. Grace to finish well and finish strong. Grace to make heaven at last.
