Text: Isa 27:1-6
“In that day the LORD with his sore and great strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea. In that day sing ye unto her, A vineyard of red wine. I the LORD do keep it; I will water it every moment: lest any hurt it, I will keep it night and day. Fury is not in me: who would set the briers and thorns against me in battle? I would go through them, I would burn them together. Or let him take hold of my strength, that he may make peace with me; and he shall make peace with me. He shall cause them that come of Jacob to take root: Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit”.
1 John 3:8b,
“For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.”
The titles of the dragon were derived from his characteristics. If you look critically at his characteristics, you will be able to see clearly the works of this creature in the world today; in your environment and everywhere you go you will see the manifestation of these evil characteristics. I tremble at the word of God because of its practicability and because of the wisdom and power loaded in it and for its consistency. You should marvel at this and apply it so that you can have dominion.
Anywhere you find the operation of the crooked serpent, anywhere you find the operation of leviathan, anywhere you find the operation of the dragon, you will see corruption. Corruption is the perversion of truth. There is so much stealing going on in the world today; people just go ahead and steal and then cover their tracks. We live in a terrible world of dog eat dog. Killing is part of the characteristics of the dragon.
Pray –
- Dragon, you cannot operate in my life. Through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, God’s Son, I declare my eternal dominion over you in the name of Jesus.
- I raise the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth against you and I forbid your operation in my life, I forbid your operation in my family, I forbid your operation in Holy Ghost Fellowship International. I forbid your operation as I go out and as I come in the name of Jesus.
- I draw the line of the blood of Jesus Christ against you and I declare that as far as the east is separated from the west, the blood of Jesus Christ, God’s Son, separates me from you forever and separates me from all your agents, works, schemes, wiles, machinations and evil agenda in Jesus name. Amen.
