2020/2021 OPERATION 18-18 DAY 28C (FIRE ON THE ALTAR)

The Holy Spirit in you will ensure that you walk hand in hand with God so that his purpose will be fulfilled in every facet of your life but you need to allow him. This is because he will not force his will on your will. He is there for you; to direct you to do the will of God only if you allow him. You can quench him, you can malign him, you can blaspheme him, you can lie against him, you can sin against him. He is a gentle spirit. I wish to reiterate that Holy Ghost Fellowship is not another denomination; it is not another Church. It is a lifestyle of partnership with the Holy Spirit, a lifestyle of walking hand in hand with God so that his purpose may be fulfilled in our lives. The Holy Spirit is the spirit of grace. It takes a yielded will to serve God acceptably.

Pray –

• Lord, I yield my will to your will. Let your will be done in my life. I repent of any stubbornness in my heart. I repent of all the wrong decisions I have ever taken. I ask you to help me never to take wrong decisions again. Guide me in every decision that I will make. I submit my will to your purposive will for my destiny. I submit my will to your will and I ask let your will be done in every facet of my life.
• I yield my will to you, Holy Spirit. I ask you to be my guide, mentor, shield, and helper in the name of Jesus. Thank you Lord .

There are three types of baptisms; a lot of people stop at water baptism and Holy Ghost baptism with the evidence of speaking in tongues. Desire the baptisms of the Holy Ghost and fire. In Matt. 3:11, the Bible says, “I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.” Jesus is the baptizer in Holy Ghost and fire. The fire baptism is of utmost importance. Every altar has a measure of fire. The baptism of fire means to be immersed in the fire of his presence, the glory fire. The fire on the altar must never be allowed to go down. It is the responsibility of the priest to keep sowing fresh wood on the altar. May the fire of the presence of God in your life never go down in the mighty name of Jesus.    

Pray –

• Father, I thank you for the generous provisions you have made for me in your word. Thank you for the incarnate Word, your Son Jesus Christ who you gave to die for me. Today, I stretch my hands to you Jesus, you are the baptizer in Holy Ghost and fire, I ask that you baptize me with Holy Ghost and fire. Let your glory fire be intensified in my life. Help me to always sow new wood so that the fire will continue to burn.
• Make it impossible for the fire to go down; make it impossible for the fire to be extinguished in the name of Jesus. Let the fire of your presence be intensified in every area of my life. Thank you Jesus. I worship and adore you, I bless and magnify your name, in Jesus name.
