BLESSED IN THE FIELD – NO MORE WASTE VI

Seven things to avoid like a plague if you want your life to be full of fruits.

1. Sin.
Sin is an acronym for satan in (our) nature. Avoid every appearance of it. Don’t rationalize sin, run away from it. The fact that another Joe is doing it does not mean you should commit it. Run away from every form of transgression and iniquity. The Bible says in Psalm 66:18, “if I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me.” Prov. 28:13-14 says, “He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. Happy is the man that feareth always: but he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into mischief.” Every action is a seed; if you don’t want the harvest, don’t sow it.

2. Pride.
James 4:6, “But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.” Pride is one of the seven seals of Lucifer – ‘I’, ‘me’, ‘myself’, ‘my own’. Satanic trinity is made up of sin, self and satan. Pride is nothing but the idolatry of self. What is it that you have that you were not given? Pride makes people think that they are the giver when in actual fact they are the receiver. Pride is a very serious sin because it is vertical and that is why God resists it. The proud tries to usurp the position of God. It is a very cheap sin.

Pray –

• Lord, please remove every trace of pride from my life; please remove pride from the garden of my heart. I don’t want to manifest it again. Grant me the grace to avoid pride in the name of Jesus.

• As far as the east is separated from the west, so let the blood of Jesus separate me from every manifestation of pride in Jesus name.

3. Idolatry.
Isa. 45:16, “They shall be ashamed, and also confounded, all of them: they shall go to confusion together that are makers of idols.” Idolatry is one of the things that attract immediate judgment of God. Idolatry releases the spirit of waste. It is not cheap to service idolatry; so much money is expended on idolatry. Idolatry invites demons.

Pray –

• Everlasting and most merciful Father, I worship, adore, bless and magnify your precious name. Only you are worthy of all my praise and I give you all the glory. In the name of Jesus Christ your dear Son, I renounce and break away from idolatry. I rededicate my life afresh to you the only true and living God. I enthrone you in every area of my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.
