5. The key of thanksgiving CONT’D.
If you want your life to flow in ceaseless praise of the living God, make an attempt to be praiseful. A very popular evangelist in Nigeria gave a testimony of how his son who was lame from birth was miraculously healed. People made mockery of him – a man who performs miracles but who could not heal his own son! On a particular day, the mockery was unbearable; he said he was so grieved that he decided that his son must walk that very day. The anointing in him was provoked. He went to God in prayer and God told him to go into praise and worship. He started worshiping and praising God and while doing that, the boy was slain under the anointing. While he was lying down there, angels appeared unto him and performed a surgery upon him. When he got up, he started walking. From today your Christianity will become real. Anything that mocks the image and glory of God in your life shall become a testimony in the name of Jesus. God will give you a new song in the powerful name of Jesus. As you praise God, there will be divine intervention. Miracles of God will begin to happen in Jesus name. Some of the blessings that God has released for you will come on the wings of praise. This season intensify praise.
6. The key of giving.
Gen. 8:22, “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.” There are two classes of people – givers and takers. Be very careful because a taker may soon become an undertaker. Abraham was a sacrificial giver, he was ready to sacrifice his son, Isaac, the greatest thing he ever had and God took note of that as a meeting point with him. Luke 6:38, “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.” What you give is what you get. If you want financial blessings, don’t shy away from giving. It is the devil that makes people think that they can be stingy and yet get rich. If you are going to prosper in God’s kingdom, the way is, give and it shall be given unto you. If you are not paying your tithe, you are making things unnecessarily tight for yourself. It is one of the things that make people suffer lack. Mal. 3:8-11, “Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts.” Do you want to live the rest of your life under the blessing side of windows of heaven?

- Lord, I am sorry in any way that I have withheld my tithe, help me never to cheat myself again. I ask that you terminate every manifestation of stinginess from my life and grant me grace to be compliant to your word in Malachi chapter 3:10.
- Grant me grace, O God, to be a covenant keeper and to enter into a covenant relationship with you. Enlarge my coasts. I know that your word is true, Lord, supply all my needs according to your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Thank you mighty God in Jesus’ name. Amen
