Ezekiel 36:25 “Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.”
Idols in the heart choke the word of God. Water is one of the symbols of the word of God. Nothing can cleanse like the word of God. It purifies, sanctifies, delivers, and heals. There is so much to learn from the word of God. Christ is the incarnate word according to John 1:1.
Pray –
- Father sprinkle upon my heart with the water of your word and cleanse me in the name of Jesus Christ. Remove every filthy garment, wash me clean. Make me holy, pure, and acceptable to you.
- Lord as you make me clean and pure may it be forever in Jesus’ name.
- Let your fountain of life flow from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet in the name of Jesus Christ.
Ezekiel 36:26 “A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.” This is what God has promised. This is the true meaning of being born again (a brand new heart).
Pray –
- Ask God for a total transformation.
- Pray for a perfect heart that trembles at the word of God. One that completely aligns with the word of God.
- Ask God for a heart that pants after him. A heart that celebrates righteousness and hates wickedness.
- Pray for yourself and every member of your family.
