Facts about the Fire
2. Because of the nature of the fire of God, God himself imparts his nature on us. When the fire falls, the first thing it does is to purify. I love the fire dimension because it offers you a purifying service. It is the fire of his presence and not the fire of your presence, it is the glory fire. The fire of the presence of God guarantees you purification. There is a measure of purity that no one can attain without the consuming fire of the Holy Spirit working on the individual.
Prov. 25:4, “Take away the dross from the silver, and there shall come forth a vessel for the finer.” I have literally seen this fulfilled. I have seen people pass through the fire of the Holy Ghost during deliverance sessions and by the time they come out, they get completely transformed. Their real beauty emerges. There is so much contamination out there. There is something called the diamond eye which some people collect from the waters, but after going through deliverance sessions, the eyes disappear including all other attachments they carry spiritually and physically. The diamond eye is usually deployed for seduction in the marine world. After the deliverance, the individual gets completely transformed and starts panting after the things of God to the glory of God.
The Bible says in Psa. 45:6-7, “Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the scepter of thy kingdom is a right scepter. Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore, God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.” The anointing of the Holy Spirit – the oil intensifies the fire of the presence of God. Wood signifies the word of God. There is the fire dimension of the word of God so whenever you are putting the word of God inside of you, you are essentially, sowing fresh wood to keep the anointing fresh. Fire is one of the dimensions of the word of God. It is therefore important to sow more fresh wood if you want fresh fire so that the fire does not go out. That is one of the secrets of keeping the fire burning.
You need to be addicted to the word of God. The Holy Spirit can never lead you against the will of God for your life. Any vision that anyone sees for you that is not in line with the word of God should be rejected. That is one of the ways you should test all spirits. Anything that is not consistent with the will of God cannot be the leading of the Holy Spirit. Always verify – is it consistent with the word of God? If it is not, it is not the truth and if it is not the truth, you should not believe or act upon it. There are so many charlatans out there, ‘prophelying’ and deceiving the people of God. If you want to be deceived, then deal treacherously with the word of God but if you don’t want to be deceived, carry so much of the fire of his presence in you that debar any of them from coming near you. And how do you do that? By sowing fresh wood into the fire and allowing the oil to flow. When oil flows into the wood, the fire of the presence of God will intensify in your life every second, moment, minute, hour, day, week and month of the year in Jesus’ name.

- Lord, look into my life. Purify me with your glory fire in the name of Jesus Christ. Baptize me with the fire of your presence. Lord, I celebrate the fire of your presence. Lord, I desire the fire of your presence, let it burn from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet in the name of Jesus Christ.
