It is our responsibility to analyze and be very discerning before we connect. All that glitters is not gold. A good connection will electrify your world while a bad one will electrocute. You need to pray that your path never crosses with that of certain kinds of people. There are people you should pray that the paths of your children does not ever cross.
Anybody who is wise will take counsel and not be a person of ‘I know what is good for me’. The spirit of let us alone is the spirit of self destruction. How does it happen? Through empty pride! Someone who has seen it all tries to direct you and guide you but your response is – “who are you to talk to me?” This is very common today in the Church! I can understand when it happens in the world but not in the Church.
If you attend a Church where you are always told what you want to hear all the time, you are most likely in a wrong place. A pastor who cannot rebuke you openly does not really love you. The Bible says, thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me (Psalm 23:4). Can you rightly say that? Today, if a pastor preaches a hard message, instead of repenting in tears, some people will decide to leave the Church. They go to places where they want to be and not where God wants them to be. May you always be where God wants you to be in the name of Jesus. That is the best place to be. There is place called ‘there’; it is ‘there’ that God will meet with you.
Eccl. 9:18, “Wisdom is better than weapons of war: but one sinner destroyeth much good.” Why do I lift a javelin anointing the moment I find something wrong in this ministry? It is my responsibility to maintain the sanctity of the fire of the presence of God on the altar. The book of Revelations says, write to the angel of the Church (Rev 2:1), in other words, write to the pastor. I understand purity and I know that there is so much contamination out there. I hate contamination. I hate defilement.
Your vote matters a lot. Your vote is your valid expression of consent. Your vote is a token of your covenant sealed with your biometrics. A lot of people treat these things with levity. All it takes to enter into an agreement is just raising up your finger. God is interested in your actions but he is even more interested in your reactions. The worst sin is trying to rationalize sin. The crime is not in falling but in failing to rise.
The Church in the land has a vital role to play in the affairs of the nation; the Church must own up and acknowledge where she missed it in failing to show direction, in failing to shoot down evil and show spiritual leadership.
How do you identify an evil platform? An evil platform is the one that is antithetical to the word of God. How can you be in a lying party and claim to be a child of God? If your decisions are always in misalignment with the will of God, something is wrong with your Christianity. When the antichrist manifests, you are likely to queue behind him. God forbid! You need to start getting it right now in the little decisions you make on daily basis as an individual.

- Heavenly Father, I adore and magnify your precious name. I thank you for the generous provisions you have made for my well being here and hereafter. I ask for your grace never to make decisions that are contrary to your revealed will for my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.
