“But the LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison”.
Genesis 39:21 KJV
God will show you mercy and give you favour in the name of Jesus. Stretch for this.
PRAY –
- Lord, I ask for your mercy and for your favour. This year, give me favour in abundance. Show me mercy and anoint me with favour. Compass me with favour like a shield in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Abundance of your grace is what I need to be all you want me to be in the name of Jesus Christ.
Remember that grace flows from the benevolence of God.
“And Moses said unto the LORD, See, thou sayest unto me, Bring up this people: and thou hast not let me know whom thou wilt send with me. Yet thou hast said, I know thee by name, and thou hast also found grace in my sight. Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way,that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people. And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest”.
Exodus 33:12-14 KJV
I love praying this way – Father, if I have found grace in thy sight, please, grant me my heart desire concerning (insert what you want). It works.
Pray –
- Everlasting and most merciful Father, if I have found grace in your sight, guide me by the skillfulness of your hand this year every inch of the way to make the right decisions.
- Grant that none of my decisions will miss the mark this year as you lead me, as you guide me, as you empower me by your spirit in the name of Jesus Christ. Thank you heavenly Father in Jesus’ name.
The grace of God will make things that are seemingly impossible to be possible.
“For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield”.
Psalm 5:12 KJV
A friend of mine who is a contractor told me that whenever he prays this scripture before going out, he returns home with a contract.
Pray –
- Father, compass me with favour like a shield in everything I do this year and beyond. Let your favour catapult me to greater heights in the name of Jesus.
- Grace to be all you want me to be, I ask that you bestow upon me in the name of Jesus Christ.
