Whenever we gather in the presence of God, we must remember that it is possible only because God has fought and won for us. He kept our world in perfect peace, we are not running helter-skelter. Appreciate him.
PRAY –
- Lord, I thank you. I appreciate you for calling me into your presence where there is fullness of joy. I honour and adore you. I hallow and magnify your precious name. You alone are worthy. Receive all praise. May your name be glorified. May your name be praised. Thank you ancient of days in Jesus’ name.
- Thank you Jesus that I am not fighting for victory, I am fighting from victory to victory. Thank you Jesus, you are the essence and substance of my life. Take all the glory.
- In heaven, you won the battle. On the cross, you won the battle. In the grave, you won the battle and you have given me the victory. I celebrate the victory of the cross of Christ and appropriate this victory. I lift up your banner.
If you are connected to Jesus, smile at any storm because he is the master of the storm. The battle will not be over until you are declared a winner. He is the captain of the Lord’s army, the Lord of hosts. He is the commander of the armies of heaven. He is the One who won the battle in the beginning. He is the One that won the battle on the cross. He is the One that won the battle in the grave. He is the One that won the battle in heaven and on earth. He won the battles and gave us victories. He has given us power to become sons of God.
When you become a son, it is a promotion; you are qualified for an inheritance. We are sons and daughters but when it comes to the things of the kingdom, God makes us sons in order to promote us. Some people are still struggling with the fact that God begets. They argue that God cannot beget or be begotten. The god that cannot beget is not the true God. We are serving a God who can adopt even the worst of sinners and transform him into a saint and a son so that he can qualify for an inheritance. That is the simplest definition of grace!
