WORSHIPPING GOD WITH AN UNREPENTANT/IMPERFECT HEART 2H

1 Samuel 15
“For the eyes of the Lord search back and forth across the whole earth, looking for people whose hearts are perfect toward him, so that he can show his great in helping them”.
2 Chronicles 16:9A, TLB

A lot of people are worshipping God but their hearts are not right. Yet they want the blessings of heaven. Unfortunately, they are not even ready to change so they belong to the Cain company. And because they are so self willed, they cannot change. Gal. 6:7 says, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap”. If you sow in the flesh, you will reap corruption. If you sow in the spirit, you will reap eternal life.

What is your heart actually panting after? It is indicative of what you really worship. My prayer is that we shall long after the things of God. May our hearts pant after God to the extent that God will become so real in our hearts and be the number one thing therein and that the very idea of substituting that with anything does not even remotely exist in the mighty name of Jesus. May this be our testimony in Jesus’ name. May God make us those who worship him in spirit and in truth in Jesus’ name.

There are two classes of people. Abel became a type of Christ while Cain became a type of those who crucified Jesus. The question is: are you in the Abel’s company or in the Cain’s company? Remember, never follow a leader who does not know the way. Never align with a ministry that is not pointing you to heaven.
