Jesus said, my sheep hear my voice and they follow me. Jesus is not the shepherd of lions but the shepherd of sheep. The book of Revelations is the book of the revelations of the Lamb of God; Lamb was mentioned over twenty times there. Lion of the tribe of Judah is a title not the nature of Christ. Some ministries cannot produce any spiritual person. The Church missed it when she started using the standards of the world to measure success. The Church started chasing money and started raising members instead of disciples.
The cross has been thrown away and no longer the symbol of dominion in many Churches, instead they prefer to use the lion symbol. They are busy raising workers instead of worshippers. Once you become a worker and you feel you have arrived, you will never be a worshipper because true worship is not cheap. If it is your pastor that called you into ministry, you must be ready to be uncalled. The call of God is not something you can toy with or suspend in order to pursue another call because there is no superior call.
How far have you fulfilled the call? What a lot of people call opportunity today is nothing but leprosy; the anointing of Gehazi. The anointing of Elisha can only be gotten through serious followership and commitment.
“And these are they which ye shall have in abomination among the fowls; they shall not be eaten, they are an abomination: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray”.Leviticus 11:13, KJV
Don’t allow anyone put a badge on you; a badge that is capable of sending you to the other way. Don’t allow anyone put a code on you. The Bible says in 2 Cor. 5:17 if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature, old things are passed away, all things are become new. If anyone tries to dump any old thing on you, be wise enough to reject it.
Due to lack of revelation and running with very limited revelation, they are creating a theology that cannot make a spiritual Christian out of people anymore. What happened to the dove? Don’t allow the devil to pervert what God has for you. The effect of the lion and eagle message is very damaging to the Church today.
