Seven ways we can properly celebrate Jesus
1. Fall in love with him CONT’D.
The world and the Church are now facing the same direction as a result of erroneous messages. One of the things the Lord told me is that if the Church were raising worshippers she would have been richer. What you chase will always be ahead of you. That is why Jesus said, but seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, then other things will follow (Matt. 6:33), the law of priority. Break away from error. Fall in love with God. God is not interested in workers; he is looking for those who will worship him in spirit and in truth and you can be one of them. Where are you laying your treasures? Remember that every action is a seed. Babylon has invaded the Church. You must break away from Babylon. Take note that spiritual maturity is not in climbing of ecclesiastical ladder. Don’t ever align with a leader who has derailed if you want to make heaven. That is why I keep pointing people to Jesus Christ and not to myself. Spiritual maturity is, falling in love over and over again with Christ; it is not in climbing the ecclesiastical ladder. The call of God is more serious than that.
Pray –
- Lord, in the greatest manifestation of love, you sent your Son to die for me so that I can become a son, thank you so much.
- Father, please help me in the name of Jesus. In any way that I have elevated the love of other things, especially the love of money, above my love for you, I am sorry. Have mercy on me and forgive me in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
- Help me to fall in love over and over again with you, Jesus Christ Son of the living God, the expression of God’s love for humanity. Thank you for what you have done. Thank you for taking my sins away and paying the ultimate price for my redemption. I ask that you help me all the days of my life. Do not allow me get back into idolatry. Destroy the seal of it in the garden of my heart. Set me free from anything that is capable of derailing your purpose for my destiny. Grant me the grace to align with your revealed will, and to fulfil it in Jesus’ mighty name I pray.
If you are not a God chaser, you will not make heaven at last. If you chase gold, you will miss God, if you chase God, you will have gold like dust. The owner of the universe has given us his blueprint which is his will written in black and white, don’t bend it, don’t modify it and declare that Jesus is lord only when it suits you. If he is not the Lord in all, he is not the Lord at all!
