Basically there are four reasons why people fall sick:
5. Old age.
God did not intend for this earth to be the eternal resting place for man. We are just passing through. In the Old Testament, we see people like Methuselah live up to 969 years. The world has since changed due to pollution. As we get older, a lot of things in our bodies change. Long life is our heritage. Sickness and diseases shall have no place in our lives in the mighty name of Jesus. With long life, the Lord will satisfy us in the name of Jesus.
God has made ample provisions for our well being here and hereafter. Jesus was anointed with Holy Ghost and with power, who went about doing good, healing all (Acts 10:38). As he is, so are we in our generation. A disciple of Jesus Christ is a disciplined follower of Christ. He has given us the mandate to do even greater works than he did.
If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good of the land (Isa.1:19). Comprehensive obedience is the secret of living the above only life. The above only life is meant for only those who are complete in obedience not those who make partial connection. Your miracle will meet you at the point of your obedience. The instructions of God are not really difficult to comply with.
Many years back in the place of deliverance, the Holy Spirit led us to ask those present to begin to drink the blood of Jesus by faith. While others complied, a psychedelic woman in our midst watched everyone scooping the air and saying, ‘I drink the blood of Jesus’ and she started laughing.
When I noticed her reaction, I walked up to her and encouraged her to just obey the simple instruction even if it did not make sense to her. Immediately she tried it, she started vomiting demons uncontrollably. Soon afterwards, she got pregnant. This woman had been trusting God for the fruit of the womb for years, in fact, that was why she came for prayers. She almost laughed away her miracle.
This is our year of above only. The secret of living above only in every aspect – above sickness, disease, death, poverty, lack, scarcity, distress, disharmony, depression, affliction, seduction, obstruction, hindrances, pollution, defilement, oppression, suppression, delay, Pisgah, Jezebel, witchcrafts, darkness and above the distress of nations is, be complete in obedience.
Listen diligently to the instructions of God; observe and do them. Don’t be a passive Christian this year. The world is upside down because of passive Christianity. The average Christian out there is so passive that the world does not even see their value. People climb the ecclesiastical ladder without impact, no value. This is mostly caused by easy believism and very erroneous theologies.
It is only those who know their God that will be strong, they are the ones who will do exploits (Dan. 11:32b). The spirit of the antichrist is corrupting everything in the world today and that is the same spirit that is engineering distress. Take note that everything in this world will be shaken, don’t put your heart in wrong places. The easiest way to develop heart failure is to tie your heart to toys.
The distress of nations is on; anyone who believes that things are going to get better in the world is not a student to prophecy. Things will only get better for those who do know their God because they are the ones who will do exploits and be above only; above the economies of this world.
