What will you be remembered for when you are done on this earth? The things you will be remembered for are the real measure of success; things that will outlive you after you have passed through this earth. In what way is your life magnifying God?
The Bible says that we should say continually, let the Lord be magnified (Psa. 35:27). In other words, that is what we should live. That is what we should press into. Let them shout for joy and be glad that favour my righteous cause, yea, let them say continually, let the Lord be magnified who has pleasure in the prosperity of his servant (Psalm 35:27). God has pleasure in your prosperity. I don’t know of any father who does not celebrate the success of his children.
Pray –
- Lord, this year, starting from now, my life will count for what really counts. Let my life magnify you. Let my thoughts magnify you. Let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in your sight.
- Help me, O God, to leave lasting legacies in the mighty name of Jesus.
- Let the LORD be magnified in every facet of my life in the powerful name of Jesus.
- Grant that every aspect of my life will demonstrate your goodness and display your glory in Jesus’ name.
- Thank you ancient of days, I know that you are able to do exceeding abundantly above my request, help me never to be so encumbered that I forget to say, let the Lord be magnified who has pleasure in my prosperity.
- Lord, I thank you because I know you have pleasure in my prosperity. Help me, Lord, to walk hand in hand with you in every area of my life so that your purpose may be fulfilled in Jesus name.
