2024/2025 OPERATION 18-18 – (DEALING WITH WICKED SPIRITS III)

2. The spirit of iniquity.
Iniquity is turning away from the revealed will of God; turning away from light. Come against that spirit, the spirit that makes people turn away from their locations of blessing. Iniquity is a well blocker. Come against any form of perversion.

Pray –

3. Spirit of legalism.
Legalism is a spirit. Legalism is trying to obtain righteousness through self rule-keeping. If we could obtain righteousness by self rule-keeping, would it have been necessary for God to send his Son, Jesus Christ? We need to be very careful. Salvation is by faith through Christ, through the grace of God, through what Christ did on the cross (Eph. 2:8-9). It is faith in the finished work of Christ.  When I started praying for people in the area of deliverance, I was shocked at the level of demonization in some members of a particular so called holiness Church where women are taught to dress in a particular way. Almost everyone who came from that ministry manifested wicked demons (demons are in levels). During deliverance prayers for one of them, the demons actually spoke, “do you know why we are here? We have come to hinder her, kill her, and destroy her. We have lived in this house (referring to the sister’s body as a house) for many years.” All we did that day was to sing a worship song and the atmosphere changed completely. The sister vomited so profusely on that day. She was completely delivered after that ministration to the glory of God.

Legalism is one of the things that give demons access into people. Where the spirit of the lord is, there is liberty (2 Cor. 3:17). The Holy Spirit is still the spirit of total liberation. The Holy Spirit will point you to the cross not to self righteous rule-keeping. This wicked spirit goes with slander because those who do it are always out to condemn those who are not doing it the way they do. Slander is one of the terrible seals of Lucifer; he is the accuser of the brethren (Rev. 12:10). The irony is that those they are accusing are busy making steady progress in their walk with God.
