I am a learner. Jesus said, “Learn of me” (Matt. 11:29A). I pray that you will also learn so that you can grow. Not growing is a very serious problem. So many of the people in the Church have no Church in them, they are just there using the Church as a medium for business transactions and meeting place to strike deals. God will bless you and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.
There is no fear if there is light. Light illuminates, it drives away darkness. Fear is a spirit and anywhere you find fear, it only means that there is no faith there. Fear knocked on the door. Faith answered. There was nobody there! Confront every fear with faith. Faith is: –
- Trusting God no matter what.
- Forsaking all believing in him.
- God said it, I believe it, that settles it.
- Acting upon the word of God.
- Walking hand in hand with God for his purpose to be fulfilled in your life.
- Enforcing the word, the living the word.
When you have faith you will carry so much light, so much life that you will declare – show me the giant. That is what God expects his children to be. I pray that every trace of fear in you will dissolve and disappear in the mighty name of Jesus.
You must not go and consult any fake prophet that will instill fear in you. If you are not ready to change, why appear in the Church?
Life is interesting. Every philosophy in life will be tested by life itself – I call it the fiery crucibles of life. That is why it is pays to stay in the Word. When you are in the Word, you are unshakable. There is no way you can have dominion over the world if you are not in the Word. When you are in the Word, you carry so much life and light, so much wisdom that the world cannot gainsay.
Who is the Lord in your life? When you are the lord, the Lord cannot be your Shepherd. There is no space in the life of some people for God. God cannot use those who are full of self, he cannot help those who are full of self either, so they keep groping in darkness and moving from place to place looking for what was never lost when all you need do is to kneel down, cry like a baby to your daddy and say, here I am, I need you. The Bible says, whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Joel 2:32A).
When the Lord is the strength of your life, you are fortified. You live in a realm that is above the natural that is the supernatural realm. Your energy is superlative. The greatest spiritual energy was released when Jesus shed his blood, when that blood touched the earth, there was an earthquake that rent the curtain that separated the holy place from the holy of holies giving us access to the throne of grace. The blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth gives us access to the throne of grace. The name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth gives us access to his lordship.
