One of the things you get when you are waiting on the Lord is inner strength. It is indescribable. Before long you will start chasing all your evil pursuers. I have seen this happen several times in ministry.
The empowerment you receive by connecting to God through fasting and prayer is another level of empowerment. You concentrate more on God. Spiritual power is focus; by focusing on him, you become a reflection of what he transmits, it flows through you and you become God centric, God ward and before long all you will start chasing all the things that are troubling you. This is how righteous indignation wells up, we need it to deal with the level of spiritual wickedness that is in the system today.
If you know the level of wickedness of those who have sold their souls to the devil and he is using to afflict, suppress and do all manner of evil, then you will step up, you will not hate the people but the spirit behind their operations. When you elevate your pursuit to God, he will empower you to walk in dominion over those things. That is why the first sign that should follow those that believe according to Mark 16:17 is “in my name shall they cast out devils”.
Deliverance is not just for those who are called deliverance ministers, although there is no title like that in the bible; it is a sign that should follow every believer. Every true child of God should be able to cast out devils. It is because the Church is not doing much of this that there is prevalence of demonic activities.
You must never live in denial of the need for deliverance. The first prerequisite for deliverance is honesty, without honesty, there can be no deliverance. Honesty is truth. God desires truth in the inward parts, (Psa. 51:6). If you cannot sit yourself down, take responsibility for your actions, then you are not ready. Stop passing buck. If things are not working in line with your pursuits; look inwards. The best place to start is introspection. That is what God expects you to do.
