These prayers are very deep and very foundational; they were birthed by the Holy Spirit. That is one of the benefits of being in the ministry with pure motive; if you are serious in your walk with God, not a person of a little to the right and a little to the left and tuned to the frequency of heaven, you will not lack. All you need to do is just open your mouth, God will fill it. The presence of God is sweet.
For those who think that age is a minus in ministry, I wonder. Age is not a minus in my life and never a minus in the life of a true man of God. As you progress, you progress in wisdom, you progress in the knowledge of God, you progress in blessings. The blessings of God actually compound. God is the wisest investor; he does not waste his investments and that is why Psa.92:13-15 says, those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the court of our God, they shall still bring forth fruit in old age, they shall be fat and flourishing to show that the Lord is upright. The path of the righteous is light, a shining light shining from brightness to brightness.
The coming year should be far better than this year for you. We need to take our walk with God more seriously and just keep enjoying him. We know where we are going. We know who is driving us, Holy Ghost is our guide, Jesus Christ is the way, heaven is our destination. We will get there through the greatness of his power. Anything on our way shall be ashes under our feet because the God we serve is a consuming fire. Celebrate him. Thank him that we are light; when we appear, darkness dissolves and disappears. There is not enough darkness in the world to mesmerize us. Are you aware that every satanist is a coward, every spiritual terrorist is a coward, you must not succumb.
You don’t negotiate with evil, you must not tolerate evil because the evil you condone will become your tenant and turn around to consume you. That is why every wise person runs away from evil. Evil has no colour delineation, no colour barrier. Idolatry makes people lose their brain. We need to cling on to God and never you for the rest of your life support nonsense. God chasers don’t succumb to nonsense.
If you have ever scented heaven, there is nothing down here that the enemy can use to buy you. That is part of the weaknesses of the prosperity message as it is being presented today. It is too earthbound to produce one spiritual Christian; you believe you are blessed because you acquired things that you don’t need over there, earthly rich but heavenly poor! That is what the prosperity message makes out of people.
A rich young man came and told Jesus that he would love to follow him. Jesus told him to go and sell everything he had and then come and follow him. The man ran away (Mark 10:17-31). May you never bow to nonsense in the name of Jesus.
Pray –
- Father, make it impossible for me to bow to any nonsense for the rest of my life in the name of Jesus.
- Help me to love you above any other thing in my heart; help me to love you more than I love gold. Help me to love what you love and to hate what you hate and to know the difference and to live above only.
- Show me the lower things of this world that I am still clinging unto that I should renounce and I shall let go, help me to do so in Jesus name.
