Eze. 36:11, And I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bring fruit: and I will settle you after your old estates, and will do better unto you than at your beginnings: and ye shall know that I am the LORD”. We are serving the God who makes better things and who makes things better. There is a God who knows how to reserve the best for the last; there is a God who crowns the year with his goodness, that is the God we serve.
No matter how good your present situation is, there is something better that God has in store for you and it shall surely come because we serve the God of better things. When you celebrate this God of better things, things will get better in your life. It doesn’t really matter how things are in the world today, things can get better for you if you know this God and you are properly connected to him.
Isa. 43:18-19 says, “Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert”. God himself is giving us this promise and not man, so you can rest assured that it is a done deal. There is no shadow of turning in him, he cannot lie. God is immutable, he is dependable, he is the unchanging changer who changes things and remains unchanged. He is the omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient God. You need to know this God; you need to place value on your relationship with him.
Gen. 26:12-13, “Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. And the man waxed great and went forward, and grew until he became very great: for he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him”. There is a power inside that is generating the greatness. When God is the one lifting you, there is no limit to the extent you can get to and the height you can attain. Isaac waxed so great and he moved forward. God will move you forward, every power of opposition will be crushed, his name will be magnified in your life. No power either in flesh or out of it, can stop you from making it to the promised land in the mighty name of Jesus. You will possess all that God has prepared for you to possess, none of your blessings will elude you, you will accomplish all that God has brought you to accomplish and you shall leave nothing undone that you should accomplish. The Lord shall bless you and you shall wax great, from greatness to greatness in the name of Jesus. It is God’s nature to make things better for his children.
The word of Bildad, Job’s friend is true for God’s children who trust in him. You will find this in Job 8:7, “Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase”. It does not really matter how you start, there is a God whose blessing can make you wax great and become so great that your latter end will greatly increase. This is because the hand of God is orchestrating it. From today, may you begin to wax great, may the hand of God be upon you and give you increase, strength, promotion, provision unlimited, in the name of Jesus. God also wants the experience of Isaac to be the experience of all his children. The Bible says Isaac sowed in the land and received a hundred fold, he waxed great and went forward. From today, you will wax great and go forward; the blessings of God will make you wax great, you will march forward and surmount every opposition on the way. No more delay, no more stagnation, no more recession, no more barrenness, no more labour without commensurate benefit, no more near-success syndrome, no more seeing and not entering, you will not miss the mark in the name of Jesus. The glory of God will make you wax great and greater and things will get better in your life in the mighty name of Jesus.
