2020/2021 OPERATION 18-18 DAY 5A – (EMPOWERED TO ASCEND – LIFTED)

Text: Eph. 2:1-7

“And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.” (KJV).

Verse 8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast” (KJV).

From the King James Version, we read that God has quickened us and raised us up together and made us sit together in Christ Jesus above limitations, above the gods of this world, above principalities, powers, rulers of darkness of this world, above spiritual wickedness in high places. He has made us sit together in Christ above thrones, above the scepter of the wicked, above evil government, above evil legislations, above spiritual wickedness above darkness, above Luciferians, above sin, self, sickness, disease, death, hell, poverty, scarcity and lack, above rejection and above any evil whatsoever. We are seated in Christ Jesus. That is our position.

As we seek the face of God during this period, may we operate from above only and never beneath in the name of Jesus Christ. Whenever you pray, may you pray from above. We are empowered to ascend the throne of grace and reign with Christ eternally. We are heirs of the kingdom. May we begin to live out this in all ramifications. If you are commanding satan and not looking down, it means you are not high enough; it means you have not learnt to ascend. I remember an incident that occurred when we were building our house in Lagos, there was a young man who claimed to be an heir to a throne in a remote village. He was an artisan, not even literate. He was so confident and was wielding so much power to the extent that he entered into our site and drove away all the workers who ordinarily would have beaten him up; he commanded them to leave the site and they obeyed. In anger, I sacked him from the site and told him never to show up there again.

Whenever you are dealing with such people (who carry charms), you need to come from above, that is where you must operate from. The believers’ authority places us above them. When they speak up, it will bounce back at them; all their enchantments will bounce back at them. All their incantations will fall on their heads, all their evil prayers will be of no effect and then they will begin to respect you. You will become a “touch not” person. There is a right scepter and a wrong scepter.

PRAYER

Heavenly Father I thank you for so much power and authority you have given me through your Son Jesus Christ. Grant me the grace to always rightly enforce it in Jesus name. Amen.
