DO A SPIRITUAL AUDIT I

In spite of the teachings in many places there is no commensurate evidence of transformation in the system and in the environment. I was quite worried about this and I started looking into the reasons why there is not much impact in spite of proliferation of Churches and religious activities all over the place. This led me into examining the type of teachings that are being churned out today. Every ministry has a philosophy. Every ministry has a motive that drives it.

A society of lions and eagles is a society of extremely wicked people; vicious and capable of doing just anything. A common language amongst them is ‘take him out”. It is a very dangerous philosophy – philosophy of the end justifies the means; the philosophy of ‘grab it, snatch it and run with it’! Think of the society that is built on such philosophy. That is what is prevalent in the world today. There are ‘lions’ and ‘eagles’ all over the place.

That there are lions out there in the world is not the issue but the fact that the Church is now raising ‘lions’ and ‘eagles’ is a great source of concern. So, who will heal who? In 2 Chro. 7:14, the Bible Says,

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” 

2 Chronicles 7:14, KJV

The healing of the land must start from God’s people not from the world. The healing of nations must start from the Church. The healing of the Church must start from the home. The healing of the home must start from man; the man is the priest of the home.

What type of men do we have today? Lions! Can you trust a lion? Every lion is a hunter. That is why they cannot marry in the real sense of it. It takes integrity to marry. If you don’t have integrity, you will break the marriage vow within twenty four hours, there are consequences for this. Every decision has a price. From time to time God reveals to me the condition of the people who go to Church today and what is happening in some ministries. I don’t want any of such to creep into this ministry. I want to raise worshippers. This is not an eagle and lion ministry and it will never be; this is the dove in the clefts of the rock ministry, in the secret places of the stairs.
