2024/2025 OPERATION 18-18 – (STRATEGIC DIVINE POSITIONING 2A)

“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler … With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation”

Psalm 91, KJV

This is also a Psalm of strategic divine positioning – “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty”. To dwell is to position yourself. Where do you position yourself? A lot of people are strollers and so all the blessings enumerated for those who dwell elude them. They are Christians but they have no Christ in them. There are so many blessings that are connected with the Hebrew word “yashab” which means to dig in, to remain and resist all opposition. Part of our responsibility is to resist.

We are here not just to be people who compromise or people who are manipulated, we are here to put the adversary where he rightly belongs. Things that should be under our feet must never be allowed to be over our heads. The Bible says, the young lion and dragon shall thou trample under your feet. What do we see today? A lot of preachers are using the model of the lion because of wrong interpretation of the Bible.

How do you position yourself so that all the blessings that are enumerated in this Psalm may be evident in your life? It is not by partial contact, it is by full connection. It is by dwelling – the yashab dimension in the secret place of the most high. It is by being addicted to the presence of God, aligning with his will and purpose and refusing to give in.

How I wish that everyone that names the name of the Lord shall begin to dwell in the secret place of the most high. The blessings that follow those who dwell in the secret place of the most high are boundless. You cannot be a person of his presence and be far from his presents. Today, people want the presents but they don’t want the presence. If the presence of God makes you agitated or you are fond of drifting in his presence, then, something is seriously wrong with your Christianity. You need help.

The presence of God is such as to be enjoyed not endured. When you are in his presence if you set out to pray in tongues for one hour, you may end up spending up to four hours. In his presence, you get caught up. To come down, you have to make a lot of effort. That is how to be a carrier of the presence of God. The fire that you contact from his presence is not your fire, it is the fire of his presence. You can’t carry the fire if you are far away from his presence. If you put your hand in a burning fire, you get hot, you remove it, though you will still feel the heat but after a while, it gets cold. That is the result of partial contact. To be a person of his presence, there is no manipulation, it is not makeshift. You can carry all manner of titles but if you are not a carrier of the fire of his presence, you are just empty and shallow. Those are the kind of people that the kingdom of darkness loves to mess up. The only person the devil dreads is the one who is saturated with his presence and living a holy life.
