GO FORWARD (cont)

You need to go forward even in your walk with God. Fall in love with Him. God knows your heart; He knows when you have placed gold above him. One of the things that will make you know that you have left Egypt is when you stop slaving for money and eating the bread of anxious labour. What is required at the time God speaks to you is to just take an action based on what you have received from Him. Act on the word of God. Faith is acting on the word of God. Stop crying; stop praying. Go forward. Act on the word of God.

EXODUS 14

Vs 16 – “But lift up thy rod and stretch out thine hand over the sea … on dry ground through the midst of the sea”. Here, God has taken over. When you act upon His word, it means that God has stepped in and as long as He has stepped in, all you need do is follow Him. If you do, you will have victory after victory. God does not want you to have one victory and stop. No! He wants your victory to be progressive and comprehensive. He wants you to be victorious in your finances, business, health, ministry, here and hereafter. Don’t stop after one victory, don’t let the enemy put you back in bondage. The spirit of Egypt is an obstinate spirit that does not let people go easily.

What is the rod? It is the word of God in your mouth. There is a time to make declarations, a time to proclaim who you are in Christ. Stretch your faith. Celebrate Jesus; celebrate the finished work at Calvary. Tell the demons that are pursuing you from your father’s house that you are redeemed of the Lord. Tell them that through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, all your sins are forgiven, that you now have access to all the covenant rights and privileges. Tell them that you are a new creation in Christ Jesus therefore old things have passed away. Tell them that you are seated together with Christ Jesus in heavenly places, far above thrones, principalities, powers, rulers of darkness of this world. Tell them that you have dominion over sin, self, satan and all his works, demons and principalities, tell them that you have dominion over poverty, scarcity and lack, you have dominion of sickness, disease, death and hell.  Tell the devil, ‘satan, you have no power over me, you have no unsettled claims against me, all have been settled by the precious blood of Jesus Christ’. Declare this – my Egyptians must know that my God is the Almighty, in the mighty name of Jesus’.

This is how God will be magnified in that situation. The harder they come, the more they will fall. Lift up your rod! Christians are not using the rod. The spirit of Pharaoh is the spirit of oppression, wickedness, idolatry, sorcery, bondage, magic, witchcraft and occultism.

PRAYER

• Lord, stretch forth Your hand, You know the forces that are pursuing me; You know those that are fighting against me; You know the witches and wizards, You know the forces of Pharaoh that are fighting against me, Lord, show them that You are the Almighty and that I belong to You forever in the name of Jesus.
• I hand over the battle to You Lord; grant that none of them shall escape. Any power that opposes your will in my life, Lord, judge them by the thunder of Your power; silence their voices, overthrow their chariots, make their weapons useless in their hands, let them fail in everything they do in the name of Jesus. Prove to them that You are my Father. Through You, I shall do valiantly.
• I proclaim that through the finished work of Jesus Christ, Your dear Son, I am more than a conqueror over the Egyptians; over all my evil pursuers in the name of Jesus.
• I walk in dominion over poverty, scarcity, lack, demonic powers, barriers, stagnation, delay, disappointment, barrenness, fear, doubt, failure, death, hell, disease, sickness etc. I walk in comprehensive dominion in the name of Jesus Christ.

I am going forward. I am marching forward. No more delay, no more stagnation, no more derailment, no more postponement in the mighty name of Jesus. AMEN.
