DOMINION OVER DARKNESS (PART XV) CONFRONTING WITCHCRAFT (PART 3) HOW TO BREAK THE POWER OF WITCHCRAFT OVER YOU LIFE

6. Plead the precious blood of Jesus. Know the various applications of the blood of Jesus Christ. Rom. 3:25 says, “Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God”. Jesus is our propitiation. One of the ministries of the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the ministry of sin removal; propitiation for our sin, the cleansing ministry of the blood of Jesus. The more you know about the blood of Jesus, the more revelation you get about it, the more consolidated your spiritual warfare and the more entrenched your spiritual muscle. Learn more about the blood of Jesus. When I plead the blood of Jesus and another person pleads the blood of Jesus, it may not carry the same weight. Why? The revelation I have. If I am pleading the blood of Jesus, my revelation is commensurate to what I am expecting the blood to achieve for me just like the name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth does not avail until it is applied. If you don’t have faith in the blood, it will not avail. With comprehensive faith in the blood of Jesus Christ, you can move mountain; it is with comprehensive faith in the blood of Jesus that you can even raise the dead, with comprehensive faith in the blood of Jesus; there is nothing impossible for you. The same thing applies to his name. Rev. 12:11 says, “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved their lives unto the death”. Know how to apply the overwhelming ministry of the blood of Jesus. There is no witchcraft coven that cannot be overwhelmed by the blood of Jesus. Remember that every witch is a servant to their master the devil, but the devil cannot stand the blood, when he sees the blood of Jesus Christ, he flees. If the devil their master flee at the blood of Jesus, what happens to the servant? John 19:30 “When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, it is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost”. The blood of Jesus Christ connects you to the victory of the cross at Calvary. He died that the power of resurrection may flow into our system. Because he died, he was raised and because he was raised, he ascended.

7. Learn how to Ascend. You must ascend to sitting together in Christ at the very right hand of God. Eph. 2:5-6 “Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved) and hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus”. Although I may be here or even on my bed, I am not operating here but in heavenly places, so the witches are under my feet because I am sitting together in Christ Jesus at the very right hand side of God. You can now begin to legislate. It is from this position that you can now begin to speak or bind. To bind means to forbid. Whatever you forbid on earth is forbidden in heaven. Learn to forbid things, stop tolerating what you should forbid. What you tolerate, you cannot change. A time must come when you must get angry enough about your present location to qualify for a glorious future. After binding, don’t stop there. Learn to also loose. To loose means to allow. There are things that need to be released; these are things that the enemies have captured that you need to take delivery of. There are many people in captivity whom God will use you to set free and this might even include members of your family. Release good things; release progress, release restoration and so on. Witchcraft is a well blocker so you must revamp all the wells they have blocked. The year 1990 is a year I will never forget. I was sleeping on the same bed with my elder Brother in the night in our family compound in the eastern part of Nigeria when I started having a dream where I was fighting a large number of witches. During the course of the fight, I suddenly woke up. Still baffled at the encounter, I noticed some strange sounds in the compound and got up to find out what was happening. To my surprise, there was a gathering of witches in the compound (evil birds) on a very huge pear tree in the compound. In anger, I grabbed my Bible, started praying Psalm 35 and as I was doing that, I moved out of the house into the compound towards the peer tree where the witches were already in full session. As I took the first step outside the house, one of the evil birds charged at me and I swung my Bible to ward off the attack and continued until I got under the tree. Everything at my disposal became a weapon. I scooped sand, spoke into it and threw it at them. It was a fierce battle because they seem to be undaunted. At a point, I needed a reinforcement. Fortunately, my Brother noticed that I was no longer on the bed and came to look for me just at the very right time. The Bible says one man shall chase a thousand and two ten thousand. Under the pear tree, we held hands together and he made a profound proclamation – “I ascend”. Immediately, I started ascending with him. After we have ascended, we began to legislate and curse the tree. From that time until now, there has been no witchcraft activity in that compound, to the glory of God. Immediately after this encounter, doors of favour and great doors of opportunity began to swing open for my siblings and I.
