DOMINION OVER THE SPIRIT OF POVERTY(SEVEN VITAL KEYS YOU NEED TO TERMINATE POVERTY CONTED.)

• Tithing. If you have not received any revelation from God on the reason why you must tithe, please ask him to do so. It is one of the greatest things to do because it has a covenant blessing attached to it. God is a covenant keeping God. Mal. 3:10, “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the window of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it”. Windows of heaven will bring you rain. Rain connotes the presence of God the Holy Spirit. Good ideas will begin to flow; empowerment will flow, good decisions will flow, God will give you strategies that will make you plant where you will harvest bountifully. Tithing makes you a partner and makes God a shareholder in your finances. If you remove God, you can not increase, you are limiting yourself. God is only asking for ten percent. God wants you to be a partaker of his blessings, allow him and see how he will work in your life. If you are not paying tithe, you are making things unnecessarily tight for yourself. What it means is that you still have the spirit of poverty operating in you. It is the spirit of poverty that makes people question and challenge tithing. You may be counting millions today but if the spirit of poverty is operating in your life, you are not free. God has promised to rebuke the devourer for your sake; you don’t have what it takes to rebuke the devourer. God himself will take charge and ensure that the value of your business does not depreciate. God says try me and see. Why not try God? He is a covenant keeper to the core. He has promised to enlarge your barns.
• Never you make money your idol. You can never have dominion over what you worship. This is one of the reasons why many people find it difficult to give. Eze. 7:19-20, “Throw away your money! Toss it out like worthless rubbish, for it will have no value in that day of wrath. It will neither satisfy nor feed you, for your love of money is the reason for your sin. I gave you gold to use in decorating the Temple, and you used it instead to make idols! Therefore, I will take it all away from you”. When God is blessing you with money, be careful. Why? Because he is doing it for a kingdom purpose. If God sees that you are not using the money he gave you appropriately, he will take it away from you.
• Valid Decision. Decision determines the future you create and one of the most important decisions any one can take is the decision to give his or her life to Christ. That is the starting point because it is only in Christ that you can enjoy the benefits of redemption. Decisions determine wealth. Everybody’s decision is either creating a prosperous future or a vacuum. What you are enjoying today are the result of the decisions you took or failed to take yester years. Decisions not only determine wealth, decisions determine destination.
• Bind the spirit of poverty. Matt. 18:18 says, “Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven”. Forbid the spirit of poverty in every area of your life and in your family. Raise the blood of Jesus against it and it will leave you alone.
