BLESSED BEYOND CURSE (PART 1)

Perversion of any sort. Rom. 1:21-32, “Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things …who knowing the judgement of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.” Any form of perversion opens people up for curses. The world is sick as a result of perversion; the world is so perverted that a man is now allowed to marry a man. It is a shame! An abomination! Something has terribly gone wrong. Some people excuse this by saying that God created them like that. That is a lie! The Bible says, “male and female created he them.” (Gen. 1:27b). The whole world is upside down because the Church failed to draw the line, instead, they are busy trying to be like the world they are called to change.

Careless words. Prov. 18:21, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” Eccl. 5:6, “Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?” Negative confessions can put people into terrible depression. Your words can be creative; your words can also be destructive. Always speak things that you want to see.

Self-imposed or unconscious curses. Gen. 12:3, “And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed.” One of the ways that people curse Israel is by supporting the enemies of Israel.

Injustice – injustice of any kind opens the gate for curses. Isa. 1:23, “Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.” Exo. 22:22-24.

Hypocrisy – Jer. 49:10, “But I have made Esau bare, I have uncovered his secret places, and he shall not be able to hide himself: his seed is spoiled, and his brethren, and his neighbours, and he is not.” Hypocrisy is painting the picture of who you are not. God hates it.

PROCLAIM: ” I have a wonderful inheritance in Christ. I am blessed beyond curse in Jesus’ Name”. Amen.
