BLESSED BEYOND CURSE – (PART 8E) – HE WAS WOUNDED FOR ME

You need to press into what God has done. Part and parcel of our redemption benefit is that we may assume what God intended for us originally. God said he will supply all your needs according to his riches not according to the economies of this world. God wants to beautify your life so that your evangelism may be sweet. You must hate poverty enough to repel it. Don’t even fraternize with it, it is a dangerous thing.

A lot of people die not because it is their time for them to die but because they are too poor to live and some people will attribute such to the will of God. It is not the will of God. God says, with long life, he will satisfy us. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is my God. Abraham’s blessings are mine. How? Through what Christ has done on the cross; he has redeemed us from the curse of the law that the blessings of Abraham might come on us. I am redeemed from poverty. I have no pact or business with poverty in Jesus name.

Psa. 37:19, “They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.” These are part and parcel of our blessings. Make this declaration – I shall not be ashamed in the evil time and in the days of famine, the Lord shall satisfy me, I shall be satisfied, my family shall be satisfied, my siblings shall be satisfied, Holy Ghost Fellowship International shall be satisfied in Jesus name. Scarcity is not of God at all. But do you know that some people actually enter into covenant with poverty.

Many years back during one of our deliverance sessions, one of the Sisters we prayed for fell under the anointing and was there for a long time. After the prayer session, we had to revive her. She then narrated the encounter she had while under on the floor; she said she saw herself enter into a bush where she was struggling with a woman carrying an earthen pot and she was able to overpower the woman who she recognized to be the grandmother of her husband. She overpowered the woman and smashed the pot in pieces. Immediately, the woman started screaming, ‘it is broken, it is broken’. And what was it that was broken? A covenant that the ancestors signed that nobody in the lineage of the Sister’s husband will be prosperous.

Do you know that a lot of issues in your life are tied to ancient covenants that you know nothing about? One of the ways by which people enter into covenants unknowingly especially is through marriage – African traditional marriage. Most of the things that are done during such ceremonies are deeper than you know. It is so easy to enter into stupid covenants without knowing it. That family was so poor in spite of the fact that they were very active in the house of God; serving God. But after that encounter, there was a turn around; everything that was stagnated began to prosper, to the glory of God.

You might be carrying some terrible covenants that need to be destroyed so that your life may be prosperous. God wants you to prosper. Jesus went to the cross to secure your prosperity. There is nothing to celebrate about poverty. Poverty came as a result of the curse so it can never be a blessing.

PRAY:- Father, I thank you because you will supply all my needs according to your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Before any need arises, the provision shall be there in Jesus name.

I declare my comprehensive dominion over poverty. I have no pact whatsoever with poverty in Jesus name. Amen

TO BE CONTINUED.
