BLESSED IN THE FIELD B – NO MORE LACK 2B

Before teaching people about financial prosperity, ensure that you first of all teach them integrity. Teach them the fear of God, which is the beginning of wisdom, make sure that you have taught them the truth because if you have money without truth, it is dangerous. When someone who does not have the fear of God gets money, that money may destroy him or her ultimately. Before teaching people how to make money, ensure that you teach them how to say no to every appearance of evil and nonsense, otherwise, it may become a double-edged sword that will destroy them. The Bible says the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.

The world is getting poorer by the day. The devil is busy attacking finances in order to make people submit. Poverty has been weaponized all over the world today. It is dangerous to put money in the hands of someone who does not have character. Before God can bless you financially, he will ensure that you are a person of principles; his kingdom principles. This is very important because money does not have a character of its own, it assumes the character of its owner. No matter how much a father loves his child, he will not give him the key of his car without sending him to a driving school and ensuring that he is well coached.

Lack is an aggressive spirit; a product of the curse that was pronounced on the soil when man fell. As the redeemed of the Lord, part of our responsibility is termination of lack wherever we find it.

We had earlier established that there is a river that terminates lack, which is called the river of life, using the following scriptures – Rev. 22:1-3, Psa. 46:4 and Ezek. 47:9. Whenever you begin to experience lack, know for sure that the enemy is at work and at war. Declare immediately that ‘there is a river’. That river terminates lack. That river has a commanding voice that declares, ‘there shall be no more curse’.

• Heavenly Father I thank you for the generous provisions you have made for my wellbeing here and hereafter. As a believer in the death, burial and resurrection of your dear son Jesus Christ, out of my belly flows rivers of living water. Therefore I proclaim there shall be no more curse in any area of my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.
