We need to pray for our Church leaders. As much as I hate to say this but a lot of Church leaders are leading their flock in the wrong direction. They are confused. A leader must hear clearly and directly from God and run with it. If your Church can run on auto pilot, it means the Holy Spirit has deserted it. If you remove the Holy Spirit, there is absolutely nothing left. That was why Jesus told his disciples to tarry in order to receive power after the Holy Spirit has come upon them, not before.
