DAGON MUST FALL 1D

A critical look at the model that most parents are using today to train their children cannot produce a consolidated child. That is why the world is upside down because if you cannot get it right in the home, how can the Church be right? If the Church is not right how can the nation be right? When people don’t disarm, they cannot discern. You cannot disarm an enemy you have not properly discerned. Today, there is national tragedy as a result of failed Church; failed Church as a result of failed parenting. There is something called ordination vow; you cannot take this vow and remain the same. Your level of consecration automatically shifts the moment you take the vow.

1 Sam. 5:1-6, “And the Philistines took the ark of God, they brought it into the house of Dagon, and set it by Dagon. And when they of Ashdod arose early on the morrow, behold, Dagon was fallen upon his face to the earth before the ark of the LORD. And they took Dagon, and set him in his place again. And when they arose early on the morrow morning, behold Dagon was fallen upon his face to the ground before the ark of the LORD; and the head of Dagon and both the palms of his hands were cut off upon the threshold; only the stump of Dagon was left to him. Therefore neither the priests of Dagon, nor any that come into Dagon’s house, tread on the threshold of Dagon in Ashdod unto this day. But the hand of the LORD was heavy upon them of Ashdod, and he destroyed them, and smote them with emerods, even Ashdod and the coasts thereof.”

Meditate on the fact that the ark of God was captured. The ark is the symbol of the manifest presence of God. Meditate on the fact that the very power of God was carried away by an ungodly nation and taken to their shrine. However, before the ark of the living God, the lower altar fell and was broken.

You need to understand that everybody you see is connected to an altar. As a matter of fact, you are an altar. Everyone you meet is an altar. The battle of the end time is the battle of altars. Never submit to an evil altar. Some of the people who go to Church today do so forgetting that they are supposed to be carriers of the Holy Spirit. The ark is one of the symbols of the precious Holy Spirit.

1 Pet 2:5, “Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.” You are not only an altar, you are supposed to be a sacrifice and a priest. God has simplified things for us. You need not go to any temple in order to gain access to the throne room of God because of what Jesus did for us on the cross.

The blood of Jesus gives us access to the throne of grace while the name of Jesus gives us access to his Lordship. You are supposed to be a carrier of the presence of God. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. According to 1 Peter 2:9 “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light”. With this revelation, why should a child of God bow to lower altars?

• Heavenly Father, I thank you for calling me out of darkness into the marvelous light of your son Jesus Christ, through whom I have eternal life. Grant me the grace to always walk in full revelation of who I am and what I have in Christ and to walk in comprehensive dominion over evil altars all the days of my life in Jesus’ name.
