GodLY Habits that will Enable you Operate in the Highest

“Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighted greatly in his commandments. His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed. Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever ... He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour. The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.”

1. Word Study.
Whenever I study the Bible, I always do so from the technical perspective. I always take note of my responsibilities and I advise you to do the same. It is a God habit that we need to internalize. If you want to be full of God, this is the secret. Don’t let any day pass without studying the Bible. Build your spiritual muscle. It is good food. Eat it! You will carry so much of God inside of you that the enemy cannot touch you. Even when you are asleep, you will carry so much fire that no wild beast of Bashan will cross your path. You will carry so much power that whenever you are summoned in any occultic center, they will all perish. This is the secret; there is no short cut.

The way of God is line upon line, precept upon precept. Study the word of God daily; chew it. Ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes. One of the things that blows my mind when I study the Bible is biblical consistency. The Bible is the only book in the whole world where you have fulfilled prophecies, fulfilling prophecies and prophecies that will fulfil and the signs are there already. The Bible was written by different people yet so consistent; it has the same theme from Genesis to Revelations.

2. The Presence of God.
Let part of the God habits you need to form this year be the habit of spending quality time in the presence of God. The blessings of the presence of God are boundless, immeasurable. You can’t be in his presence and be far from his presents. A lot of people want his presents but they don’t want his presence. That is why they miss it.

3. “Praise ye the Lord” is a command. Magnify the Lord. Praise God, get into prophetic praise. Praise is the highest form of prayer. Praise terminates dryness. When Jesus was confronted with the problem of scarcity, he gave thanks and the five loaves of bread and two fishes fed thousands and yet there was twelve basket full of leftovers. Thanksgiving brings increase. Thanksgiving brings multiplication. Praise God like never before.

Intensify praise. Live in an atmosphere of praise. When you raise an altar of praise, you get the presence of God to tabernacle. In his presence is fullness of joy, at his right hand, pleasures forevermore. God inhabits the praises of his people. When you pray, God sends an angel. When you praise, God comes down (Psalm 22:3). Put this key to use and you will be a miracle looking for where to happen. May God strengthen you and empower you in the name of Jesus.

God intends his children to be demon chasers, atmosphere changers and healing agents in a sick world but today, there are lots of people who speak in tongues and nothing happens. They keep moving from place to place seeking for miracles. God does not bless anything that is out of order. The presence of God is to be enjoyed. Praise God! This is our responsibility.

4. Reverential fear of God.
Without the fear of God, you cannot be sanctified. If you remove the fear of God, then, you are not wise because the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom (Prov 9:10). Reverential fear of God is one of the things that is lacking today. Some people claim that they have faith but they lack the fear of God. They don’t really understand what true faith is. Faith without the fear of God is falsehood and it produces idolaters.
