2023/2024 OPERATION 18-18 – (SUPERNATURAL EMPOWERMENT TO LIVE ABOVE STUBBORN CHALLENGES 1F)

The cross of our Lord Jesus Christ remains the greatest prescription for every man’s malady, the greatest symbol of dominion for every stubborn challenge, the greatest symbol of comprehensive dominion over darkness, and the greatest display of the grace of God. The cross is the greatest demonstration of the wisdom and power of God. The cross is the greatest manifestation of submission to the will of God. If you have the revelation of the cross, you will walk in dominion.

The Church has drifted from the cross. Once you drift from the cross, you produce idolaters. The prosperity message inadvertently produces idolaters ultimately because of the emphasis on the things that accompany salvation above the cross. The things that accompany salvation are good but you must have the salvation first. Many times, error is in emphasis and that is the error in the prosperity message.

The cross is a symbol of dominion over poverty, scarcity, and lack. Through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we have dominion over sin, self, satan and all his works, wiles, agents, machinations, darkness. We have comprehensive dominion over sickness, disease, death and hell. We have comprehensive dominion over poverty, scarcity and lack.

Oba. 1:17, says,

“But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.”

Obadiah 1:17, KJV

If you possess your possession without deliverance, the strongman will take it away from you or make you commit blunders. You will be under serious demonic manipulation.

The devil has empowered a lot of people in the world today to ruin and rule, using them as his agents. It is the deliverance that will ensure that you are healthy and the holiness will make you retain the deliverance and then you can possess your possession. That is God’s prescription. They magnify grace to mean license to sin – once you say the sinners’ prayer, you can live anyhow. Take note, Rev. 21:8 says, nothing defiled will make it to heaven.

If we are not taking delivery of the whole package that God has for us, his prescription, then, we will become narrow. It is dangerous because many times error is in emphasis. If you emphasize one to the exclusion of the others, the one you exclude will be the nemesis. The Lord will guide us and help us.

Jesus aligned with the purposive will of God; he said, my meat is to do the will of my Father and to finish his work (John 4:34). He submitted to the point of going to the cross to do the will of the Father. The cross still remains the greatest display of the grace of God. God could have wiped out the human race and do a recreation but he chose to send his Son to die, to pay for what he did not owe so that we can become sons. That was how that stubborn challenge, the sin question was settled on the cross.

Every man’s malady is as a result of the rebellion in the garden.

Pray –

• Father, please help me to align with your purposive will so that I can have comprehensive dominion over darkness and over every stubborn challenge in Jesus’ name.
