2023/2024 OPERATION 18-18 – (CONCLUSIONS AND BLESSINGS IV)

If you miss it at the point of worship, you have missed everything. That was where the Church missed it. Mammon (money) was used to pervert worship. Jesus said you cannot worship God and money (Matt. 6:24). Worship is placement of value. True faith is placement of value in your relationship with God. True worship is being so fanatically in love with God that the idea of substituting that love for anything else does not even remotely exist. Money is also a measure of value and a store of it.

The difference between the giving of an idolater and the giving of a worshipper is that a worshipper gives out of love just as Solomon did when he was still in right standing relationship with God, he offered one thousand burnt offering to God. But when he started accommodating nonsense, he started allowing people bring in their gods and ended up an idolater. This was the wisest man that ever lived! Towards the end of his life, however, he saw the vanity of riches.

Be careful and ensure that no trace of this is found in you. It is what you are chasing that will determine your final destination. You cannot chase mammon and end up in the house of the Lord forever. God forbid that we will use God to make money in this ministry. God has revealed to me the danger of it. That is why I always raise a javelin against it.

You don’t teach a worshipper to give, it flows. The difference is the motive. A worshipper does not give in order to get. He gives because he loves God and the idea of substituting that love for anything else does not even remotely exist. He cannot worship God empty handed. Heaven can never celebrate you if you give in order to get. We need to change our perspective.

When people give in this way, they get a false sense of success; the Church will of course make more money and start rejoicing that God is ‘blessing’ them. It is so easy to raise idolaters – just keep telling them what they want to hear! It is very difficult to make disciples. After all the miracles and crowd that gathered around Jesus, only one hundred and twenty of them made it to the upper room. You must not use what the world is using to measure success.

The Church would have been richer if she were teaching people how to give out of love. You may need to rewrite your prayer requests because you always present what is uppermost in your heart. What was uppermost in the heart of Solomon? Aligning with the perfect will of God to have his purpose fulfilled in your life – that is motive of a worshipper. Be a God chaser for the rest of your life and raise God chasers.

We need to retrain. There is a new revival coming, the old order is gone. God is about to move. I believe that this is the last move that will usher in the rapture of the true Church. I strongly believe that so much power is about to be demonstrated. People are asking questions because the old order did not really deliver what it should. May God help us and make us align properly so that we can be used by God.

Whatever God uses is enhanced. Anything you surrender to God is enhanced. Anything the devil uses is destroyed. Everybody will ultimately end up in the home of their owner. If you use God to get things, when you retire after many years in ministry, you will still be chasing money. What you chase will always be ahead of you. What you chase is actually what you worship. That is why you must be a God chaser. As many as are led by the Holy Spirit, they are the sons of God (Rom. 8:14).

The greatest symbol of worship is the cross of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. When next your will crosses with the will of God, please submit. It is in your interest. The highest level of wisdom is wisdom from above. May you operate that wisdom this year and all the days of your life in Jesus name.
