The Other Side – Dealing with devils of new levels

Mark 4:35 – 5:1-20

once you make up your mind to move to higher levels in your walk with God, expect a storm; expect some manifestations.when Jesus wanted to go to the other side, a storm arose. The enemy does not want you to move one inch from where you are. Their program is to ensure that you are delayed, frustrated, stagnated and defeated.

According to mark 5

Vs 5 – the man went through self-inflicted pains. A lot of people are going through self-inflicted pains. Ask God to reveal the self-inflicted pains you went through last year to you. What it takes to deal with it is humility, honesty, repentance, renunciation, forgiveness. The Holy Spirit leads you only to the extent that you are submissive to His leading. Even Jesus said my sheep hear my voice and follow me.

This man’s world was a punctuated world; a world of affliction unlimited – doing one thing over and over again. Do things differently this year if you want to operate in the highest; put in place God habits. Let them be part of you on a daily basis. No one is a failure who has done his best. The excellent spirit does not walk with dishonesty or impurity. The Holy Spirit is the spirit of excellence; the spirit of grace. Impurity brings disgrace. The man was crying as a result of the pains of the cuts but he could not stop himself. A lot of people die not because it was time for them to die but because they killed themselves. They had formed habits that was killing them but which they couldn’t stop. Knowledge is very important.

Vs 6 – Jesus, the greatest game changer appeared on the scene. The mad man was wise enough; first he did not lack recognition. One of the greatest self-inflicted pains a lot of people go through in life is lack of recognition. What is lack of recognition?  It can best be demonstrated by the attitudes of the thieves at the cross. One lacked recognition and railed at Jesus. But honesty and recognition brought deliverance to the other one. If you want your story to change, you must recognize the anointing because what you do not recognize, you cannot access.

Vs 10 – demons are intelligent and sometimes give people they possess some uncommon intelligence. They started negotiating their exit.

In spite of his condition, the man was honest, purposeful, had the right attitude, he was humble and he knew how to stretch; He cried out. There was something in him that was crying out for change. Note that legion is 6000 demons. Uncleanness attract demons. They asked to be cast into the swine. That is why you must not allow yourself to become an eagle or a lion. Clean up. Unclean spirits are destructive; they destroy destinies.

Jesus crossed over and met a new devil. For every new level, there is a new devil. Whenever you are crossing over to a new level, be prepared to deal with devils of the new level.

Specific Things Jesus dealt with: –

1. Contrary winds; waves – they bring ripple effects.
2. Ship full of dirty water – the powers that want to sink your ship will be utterly destroyed this year in Jesus Name.
3. Sleep can become a weapon in the hands of the enemy. Whenever witches want to attack, they make their victims go into deep slumber. The spirit of slumber makes people to procrastinate. Fortune fears the daring! Get up and get things done in Jesus Name. It takes spiritual alertness to enter into higher levels. May you not slumber this year in Jesus Name.
4. Fear- it is the greatest devil of the new level. It incapacitates, it kills initiative. Anywhere you have fear, faith disappears.
5. Faithlessness – faith gives you boldness.
6. Lack of knowledge – especially lack of knowledge of who Jesus is, what you have in Christ Jesus and what Jesus has done for you. For you to be comprehensively empowered, you must understand that your empowerment is through Christ.
7. When the legion in the mad man left, he was completely transformed and he became an Evangelist. You must have your promotion established this year in Jesus Name. Amen!

   Prayers

   1. Thank God for how far He has brought you; thank Him for His faithfulness.
   2. Thank You Lord for the many provisions You have made through Your Jesus Christ for my comprehensive divine empowerment. Thank You Lord for all the provisions You have made for my upliftment in Jesus Name.
   3. Ask God for mercy in any way you have fallen short of His divine standards.
   4. Plead the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
   5. Rededicate your life afresh unto Jesus Christ. Enthrone His as Lord over every storm and over every area of your life.
   6. You are my King oh God, command my lifting, command promotion for me, command new levels for me, take me to higher levels of the demonstration of Your wisdom and power. Divinely empower me for higher realms in the mighty name of Jesus.
   7. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I come against you spirit of slumber. You will never operate in any area of my life this year. I raise the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth against you, I overcome you by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of my testimony in Jesus Name.
   8. I bind you spirit of fear, I cast you into the abyss, I destroy your works and terminate your operations, I raise the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth against you, I overturn and overthrow you. You will never operate again in any area of my life in Jesus Name.
   9. I use the power in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth to break every curse operating in any area of my life, placed by whosoever at whatsoever time of my life, I bind the demons responsible for any curse in my life, I cast you into the abyss, I destroy your works and terminate your operations, thus far you come, you go no further in the mighty name of Jesus.
   10. I come against every evil transaction in any area of my life, any evil covenant that I have entered into or that was entered into on my behalf by whosoever at whatever time of my life, break in Jesus Name. I bind the demons operating the evil covenants. You will never operate again in my life in Jesus Name.
