A DOOR OF HOPE

”There I will give you back her Vineyards to her, and transform her Valley of Troubles into a Door of Hope. She will respond to me there, singing with joy as in days long ago in her youth, after I had freed her from captivity in Egypt.” (Hosea 2:15 TLB)

The easiest way to get into captivity is through idolatry. It’s always a downward ride to Egypt. Idolatry is placing anything side by side God in one’s heart. It is worshiping the creature instead of the creator. Modern day idolatry is using God to get things. God hates and punishes sin, especially idolatry.

If you want God to transform your Valley of Troubles into a Door of Hope, throw away your idols. Repent and renounce every influence of idolatry over your life. Don’t go down to Egypt, no matter the pressure. God says:

”O Isreal, I will cause you to forget your idols, and their names will not be spoken anymore.” (Hosea 2:17 TLB)

Ask God for mercy for placing the love of……… above God in your heart.

Appropriate the blood of Jesus

Renounce Idolatry

Pray: ”O Lord, we confess our wickedness, and that of our fathers too. Do not hate us, Lord for the sake of your own name. Do not disgrace yourself and the throne of your glory by forsaking your promise, to bless us! What heathen God can give us rain? Who but you alone, O Lord our God, can do such things as this? Therefore we will wait for you to help us.” (Jer. 14: 20 – 22 TLB)

Command full restoration of whatever blessing idolatry has delayed or tampered with in your life.
