OUT OF THE DEPTHS

”Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD. Lord hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications. If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O LORD, who shall stand? But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.”(Psalm 130:1-4 KJV)

Every connection is like an elevator that either takes one up or down. A righteous connection will take you up while a sinful one takes you down. Sin has a weight. Sin is dense; and every dense thing sinks according to law of gravity. There are two classes of people today;  those who uplift and those who pull down. If any relationship does  not lift you up, it will definitely take you down. One of the functions of wisdom is to help one know the difference between people. Every child of God should strive to break away from sin and wrong associations.

The devil specializes in sending people into dry pit . He operates from the bottomless pit. Thanks be to God who is so compassionate that no matter the depth one has fallen, He responds to the cry of a penitent soul. The greatest connection there is, is Divine Connection. Cultivate a personal relationship with God through His Son Jesus. The easiest way to operate in the highest is to be connected to THE MOST HIGH. Zechariah 9:11 says

”As for thee also, by the blood of thy covenant, ‘I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water.”

The blood of Jesus Christ God’s Son not only cleanses us from all sins, it liberates from the pit wherein is no water.

Today are you feeling hedged – in, in any area of your life? Do you have problems that seem intractable? Does it feel that you are drowning in deep waters? Whatever your situation, cry out to God. He loves you, and you better know it. He’ll do it and you better it; to make you glorify His holy Name. Seek His kingdom,and His righteousness today.

A C T I O N   P O I N T

Give your life to Jesus today. Say this simple prayers below:

Dear Heavenly Father, I worship you. I acknowledge that I am a sinner. Please have mercy on me and forgive all my sins. Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, I unreservedly surrender my life to you. I confess that you died and rose from the dead for me. Please be my Lord and personal saviour, and grant me the grace to live for you all the days of my life. Thank you so much Lord Jesus. I proclaim I am born again. Amen.

P R A Y E R

1. Worship the LORD for His goodness and mercy.

2. Celebrate Jesus.

3. Confess all your sins. Repent.

4. Plead the Blood of Jesus

5. Pray: Dear Heavenly Father, I commit these situations to you….(mention them one by one). I need your help! I believe you have heard me, and I thank you for the answer, in Jesus Jesus’ Name. Amen.
