You must understand that the devil is craving your worship. Many Christians devalue their relationship in exchange for money or political office. What a great perversion! I cannot find any biblical basis for this. Daniel purposed in his heart that he was not going to bow to nonsense. Dan. 6:22 says, “My God has sent his angel, he said, to shut the lions’ mouths so that they can’t touch me; for I am innocent before God, nor, sir, have I wronged you” (TLB). The detractors of Daniel forced the king to issue an evil decree that eventually landed Daniel in the den of lions. However, what happened? Because Daniel was still connected to God even in the lions’ den, heaven responded by sending an angel to shut the mouth of the lions. That is the God we serve.

Dan. 6:25-28 “Afterward King Darius wrote this message addressed to everyone in his empire: Greetings! I decree that everyone shall tremble and fear before the God of Daniel in every part of my kingdom. For his God is the living, unchanging God whose kingdom shall never be destroyed and whose power shall never end. He delivers his people, preserving them from harm; he does great miracles in heaven and earth; it is he who delivered Daniel from the power of the lions. So Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius, and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian” (TLB). The same hand that issued the evil decree to throw Daniel into the den of lions was the same hand that was used to revoke and reverse the evil decree and also used to propagate the gospel. The life of Daniel typifies the true meaning of prosperity. The quality of your worship is what is going to give you promotion in life; the quality of your connection to God is what is going to prosper you and this prosperity will be comprehensive. Even if you are thrown into the den of lions, as long as you are connected to the God who created the heavens and the earth; the God that said ‘let there be light and there was light’, he will make heaven’s resources available to you. If they send you into a fiery furnace because you refuse to bow or compromise, God himself will make sure that not even an hair of your head is seared but those who threw you there will be burnt in the same furnace and you will escape with a song.

You cannot change the world that you have become one with. It is not about Daniel, or Mordecai or the children of Israel. It is not just about any physical legislation; it is about you. There are spiritual legislations; there are evil things that have been decided to run in your life that need to be deprogrammed. There are things that have been decided in covens of darkness, covens of witchcraft and satanic parliaments in the spirit realm to work against you with dates. The evil decree that was issued against the children of Israel was to be executed on the 28^th day of February!

Any evil decree issued against you or against members of your family will be revoked and reversed in the mighty name of Jesus. The things that were programmed to work against you will begin to work for you; the things that were programmed to pull you down will catapult you to greater heights in the mighty name of Jesus. The powers that have made evil vows concerning you will be comprehensively routed in the mighty name of Jesus. Every evil decree or legislation with dates hovering over your destiny shall not stand neither shall it come to pass, that date shall be your day of rejoicing, it shall be your day of celebration in Jesus name. You will stand upon the ruins of those who hatched the plot and fly the banner of the Almighty God, in the mighty name of Jesus. The Lord will give you a song of victory; he will give you a song of celebration, in the mighty name of Jesus.
