2019 OPERATION 18-18 (DAY 9) – DELIVERERS WILL RULE I

The foundation of our Christian faith must be built on the solid rock of the word of God. No foundation can anyone lay than that which is in Christ Jesus according to 1 Cor. 3:11. In Psalm 11:3, the Bible says if the foundation be destroyed what can the righteous do. So, foundation can be destroyed. Anything not built on the right foundation will not be able to withstand the seasons ahead and the torrents that the enemy will send across. The difficult part is that part of foundation; digging deep to get the Rock to build on is not always very easy even in physical building, you spend so much on the foundation depending on the soil. That is exactly what we have been doing in this programme and the Lord has told me that it is going to be a wonderful year for those who make the adequate preparation. Things are not going to get better in the world but for those who do know their God, they shall stand out and become healing agents. They will be deliverers because the need for deliverance will be so much in the world that deliverers will be sought after.

Oba. 21, “For deliverers will come to Jerusalem and rule all Edom. And the Lord shall be king!” (TLB). Some translations say deliverers shall be governors. The need for deliverance will be so intense that any Church not involved in it will become irrelevant very soon. Deliverance is nothing but spiritual healing and it is a part and parcel of what God has come to demonstrate. It is a power show; power of darkness confronting the power of light and the power of darkness will bow. That is why Jesus delivered us: to make us deliverers. Some years back, deliverance was considered a negative thing but the truth is that nobody ever outgrows the need for deliverance, not even bishops! The Church needs to start raising deliverers so that the kingdom may be established and become the Lord’s.

You cannot have true holiness without deliverance. Verse 17 of Obadiah makes this very clear; “But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions” (KJV). There are agents of defilement, distortion, pollution and corruption that want to rubbish your testimony and their assignment is to pull you down. I hereby declare their woe; any power sent to pull you down will go down in the name of Jesus.

The most difficult part is the cleansing part which we did at the initial part of this programme. If you are still the way you were about a year ago, then it means you are not making progress. Our sanctification should be progressive. Progress is a sign of life; progress in the right direction. The only way you can move forward in the right direction is if you are established in the way and that way is Jesus. So anybody not established in the Way who is making progress is making progress the wrong direction. We know where we are going in Holy Ghost Fellowship International and we know the way, which is why we have the confident assurance that we will get there.

Never you be apologetic about prayers of deliverance because that is what the devil wants. Deliverance prayers are deep prayers of importunity.

Psa. 70:1-5. Pray –

• “Make haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O Lord.” Lord, search into my record, you know the areas where I need deliverance; you know the areas where I need help, Lord make haste to help me, make haste to deliver me in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I need your deliverance, only you can deliver me, rend the heavens O God and come down. Touch the mountains and let them smoke. Lord, you know my struggles, you know the pains, you know the bondage, you know the captivity O God, make haste to deliver me in the mighty name of Jesus.
• Make haste O God to deliver my family, make haste to help us in the name of Jesus.
• “Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt”. Father, let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul, let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my family in the name of Jesus. Lord, let them be turned backward and put to confusion that desire my hurt. Turn all my evil pursuers backwards and put them to confusion. Every demon pursuing me for evil be turned backward and put to confusion in the name of Jesus.
