OPERATION 18:18

2019 OPERATION 18-18 (DAY 21) – COVENANT OF INFINITE GRACE I

Gen. 39:21, “But the LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison.”

Exo. 33:12-14,”And Moses said unto the LORD, See, thou sayest unto me, Bring up this people: and thou hast not let me know whom thou wilt send with me. Yet thou hast said, I know thee by name, and thou hast also found grace in my sight. Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people. And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest.”

The presence of God is all you need. In that presence you will find all sufficiency, in that presence, you will find peace, in that presence, you will find supply, in that presence, you will find abundance, in that presence, you will find safety and security, in that presence you will find fullness of joy. The presence of God is all we need in the journey of life, even if we need to pass through the wilderness, the presence of God is all we need to take us to the Promised Land. Desire the presence of God more than ever before. This year, make up your mind to be addicted to the presence of God; that as you go out and come in the Lord will be with you, that you will not run helter skelter, you will not seek help from any man but that your help will come only from his presence. That is where the greatest assistance will come from.

Moses was asking God for an assistance, he was not looking up when he prayed that prayer, he was looking horizontally. Many times we make that mistake; we think about the big connections, ‘who will I talk to?’ ‘Whose influence will I use? We forget that the greatest connection, the greatest help we can get is from the almighty himself. The greatest partnership there can be is divine partnership. When you partner with God, victory is guaranteed, when you partner with God, fear disappears. Moses got more than he bargained for; he was looking for human assistance ‘who will go with me?’ But God said, ‘I will go with you’. May the presence of God never depart from us as we go out and as we come in, in the mighty name of Jesus. Remember that the greatest place of safety is in the presence of God; safety is not the absence of danger, it is the presence of God that guarantees safety. The Psalmist said, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me”. We need Holy Ghost assisted performance this year more than ever before.

PRAY –

  • Lord, this year, more than ever before, let your presence be manifest in my life and in everything I do; as I go out and as I come in, everywhere I appear, let your presence be manifest, let your glory go with me in the name of Jesus.
  • Lord, if I have found favour in your sight, this year, let your glory be revealed in me and through me as I go out and as I come in. Let your glory be a tabernacle over me. Make me a carrier of your presence in all that I do and everywhere I go. Lord, let your palpable, tangible presence manifest in my life in Jesus name.

You cannot be in the presence of God and be far from his presents; it is just not possible. But many times, people go for the presents and miss the presence. God is omniscient, He knows all things; He knows the desires of your heart. I have seen incredible miracles take place in the atmosphere of praise.

Some years back a sister came for deliverance prayers; she was looking like a seventy year old woman; she was so emaciated that she could barely stand; she had been to different hospitals and diagnosed with all sorts of sicknesses. Whenever she came, there was a particular song she loved so much and as soon as we start singing she would start dancing and staggering and eventually she would fall. After her first encounter by the time she returned the next week, she was visibly transformed, it was as though twenty years was removed from her age; she started looking better, so we intensified the praise. Subsequent meetings she started getting better until her real look appeared. We never knew that the lady was in her twenties. She became so pretty. When she returned to her base eventually, suitors started coming to propose marriage to her.

She is happily married to the glory of God. At no point in time did we pray for her healing; all we did was to invite the presence of God through praise because we knew that God inhabits praise. If you want God to be with you this year, one of the things you should intensify is PRAISE.
