THE END TIME SERIES – REVELATION OF THE ANTICHRIST 6C

10. The antichrist will lead the nations of the world to fight against Christ and his saints but he will be defeated, destroyed and cast into the lake of fire while satan is bound in the bottomless pit for one thousand years.
There is a buildup. It is dangerous to align with the wrong platform or altar. Be warned! Political parties are altars; they have ideologies. Rev. 19:11-21, “And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.” It is war between good and evil. There is a gearing up. Which side are you? Will you be on the side of those who will fight against Jesus and his saints? The antichrist is going to marshal his men against Christ and his saints but he will be utterly defeated. Satan will be bound and sentenced to where he belongs and those who follow him will be doomed.

CONCLUSION

Wisdom demands that we draw close to God and live a holy life now so that the spirit of the antichrist which is already working and warring will not have dominion over us and that we will not be here when he will be physically revealed. We are also to warn the sinners and unserious Church goers around us to come to Christ and stay faithfully with him so that they can escape the great tribulation under the antichrist. Should they miss the rapture and be here during the reign of the antichrist in the great tribulation, they should receive Christ at that time and remain faithful to him then resolutely refusing to take the mark of the beast ‘666’. This will most certainly cost them great torment and their very life but they will rest in the bosom of the Lord shortly after then if they endure to the end. Those who miss the rapture will come face to face with the antichrist. Life for them will be unbearable.
