SEVEN VITAL KEYS FOR SUCCESS IN THE WILDERNESS III

The following keys were very active in the life of Jesus Christ. If you want to be successful like Jesus was in the wilderness of life, these are the seven vital keys as exemplified in the above scriptures (the list is not exhaustive).

1. You must be born again.
   There are no two ways about it. John 3:3 says, “Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” How can one make it to the Promised Land who does not even know where it is? How can one make it to the Promised Land that he has not defined? The key that unlocks the the gate of the Promised Land is the key of regeneration. The gene of man that Adam carried when he fell became contaminated – a gene full of disobedience, lust, sin, a gene that was carnal. Anyone carrying that gene cannot make it to the Promised Land. John 3:14-16 says, “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up. That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

There is no one born into this world who has not be bitten by snake. Being born again is deep but a lot of people are toying with it today. The worst thing that can happen to anyone is to go to the grave without being born again. Anyone who goes to the grave without being born again will end up in hell because he is still carrying the gene of the first Adam. No one with the Adamic gene will make it to the Promised Land. You need to be regenerated which means to be transformed into newness of life with a new gene that qualifies you to make it to the Promised Land. You need to understand that it is not a religious thing, it is about life and death. It is a serious destiny issue. To miss being born again is to miss heaven. The Bible is very consistent. Every problem of man started as a result of the snake, adder’s poison. Everything in the Garden of Eden was perfect until the snake entered and engaged Eve in a discussion. The snake was able to defeat Eve with ease. Even if you are a perfect person in a perfect garden, if you are unprepared, you are likely to fail. If you have parents or relatives who you love so much but you are not sure whether they are actually in the Lord, please act fast. The greatest miracle is the miracle of salvation.

Dear Heavenly Father I thank you for the miracle of salvation. I proclaim that through the death, burial and resurrection of your dear son Jesus Christ, all my sins are forgiven. My name is written in the book of life. I have access to all you covenant rights, blessings and privileges in Jesus’ name. Amen.
