THE WAY OF THE CROSS IV

Whenever you are trying to win souls to Christ, always emphasize the truth of the word that all sinners are on their way to hell and are in dire need of help; don’t do this from a position of weakness. Make them understand that everyone born of a woman was born into a serious mess and that without Christ, it is hell. The truth side of God must judge and punish sin. Mercy and truth kissed each other at the cross. It was on the cross that your sin was judged. You need to be grounded in the word before going out to minister to unbelievers because some of them might ask you technical theological questions.

The Church has been propagating a lot of errors. You need not wait until Easter to celebrate the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ; do it daily. We must live in daily readiness of the next major event that is about to happen in God’s calendar. Any pastor that is not pointing you to that does not really love you. The only message that God has given us in this ministry is the bride’s message. It is not cheap. It is the only message that guarantees you comprehensive success. What is comprehensive success? Comprehensive success is succeeding here and making it there. Are you going to be in the bride of Christ? A lot of people will be busy chasing shadows when the trumpet will sound. If it happens on a Sunday morning, a lot of cathedrals will still be in full session just as if nothing happened.

Anywhere you find error, attack it. Don’t deal with it with kid’s gloves because it is the devil that originated it. How did man derail? Snake in the garden! Every garden attracts snakes; ensure that you plant an anti-snakes. The gardens are:

1. The garden of the heart
2. The garden of the home – if you notice any unusual behavior in your spouse, be sure that a snake has entered. Leave your spouse alone, kill the snake!
3. The garden of your ministry. You are saved to serve. Everyone is saved to serve but the devil can keep you so busy that you don’t even have time to serve. It is not only the pastors that are called to serve in God’s kingdom. One of the truths of the gospel is that we are a royal priesthood; the priesthood of every believer – justified by faith. God used Martin Luther to emphasize this in the Christendom. The church today is still in dire need of revival. 
4. Garden of the field.

Pray –

• Heavenly Father, I thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ to die for me. I appropriate the victory of the cross of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in every facet of my life, and enforce dominion over any snake in the gardens of my life in Jesus’ name. Amen
