SANCTIFY YOURSELF V

I am not a politician and will never be. I am a man of God and I love God with passion and I love his word. I answered the call without any expectation or reservation. I want you to understand that I am ministering this word to you out of love in order to help you to make right choices. Don’t park when the spirit is moving.

Can a child of God in all good conscience belong to an evil political party? Is it a sin to vote for an evil political party? Your vote is your proof of consent. Your vote is a symbol of your covenant, a symbol of your agreement. A covenant is an agreement between two or more people which is binding. Your vote is a connection to a scepter (a scepter is a symbol of authority). By your vote, you are actually ceding your will to another. Political parties are platforms which could be righteous or evil. An evil political party is one which is not founded on the word of God.

If you enthrone an evil political party which is a coven of darkness, you must not expect light. Today, wherever you go, you see people violate the word of God without remorse. Without remorse, there can be no repentance. Truth does not bend to error, you reject it, you reject it to your own hurt. Truth does not need anything in order to stand; it can stand on its own. Truth is consistent and powerful, it authenticates itself. It is self perpetuating, self validating. Truth is clear. Truth is simple. Truth is consistent. Truth explains all.

Take note of these scriptures:

1. 1 Tes. 5:22, “Abstain from all appearance of evil.”
2. Prov. 1:10, “My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.” You must not give your consent to sinners if you do, you have given your will. Wherever evil men are exalted, there is danger.
3. 1 Cor. 15:33, “Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.” Don’t follow anyone who is not ready to go beyond the gate if you want to make heaven. The God we serve is a holy God.
4. 2 Cor. 6:17, “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.” May you not touch any unclean thing henceforth in the mighty name of Jesus. There is too much dilution in the Christianity of today. Dilution brings contamination. Once you dilute in order to accommodate the crowd, you miss God. One day I had a dream where the Chairman of the organization I worked for at that time gave me a bag of money. Initially, I wanted to take it but something in me rejected it and so I turned it down. Not too long after this dream, the Managing director of the organization called me and informed me that the Chairman had approved an overseas trip for further training for me in Japan. I was not excited at all. I asked him the simple question, “will I be bonded?” He became furious at the question and answered in the affirmative. I told him that I was not interested and walked out of his office. I knew that that was the beginning of the end of my stay in that organization but something in me kept telling me that I did the right thing. You cannot dilute truth. There is nothing like partial truth; any truth that is not absolute does not qualify to be truth at all. May you not accept a gift that will enslave you. May you not vote for a political party that will rubbish your testimony in the mighty name of Jesus.
